Vivienda de construcción antigua, ideal para descansar si vas de viaje o para conocer la Alcarria. En la planta baja hay un baño, cocina y salón-comedor, ideal para cuatro/cinco personas. Por unas escaleras un poquito empinadas se sube a la planta de arriba, donde hay otro baño (con bañera hidromasaje), una habitación con cama de matrimonio y otra con cama de 120 cm. Desde ahí se accede a la buhardilla por las escaleras de madera, en la que hay dos camas de 90 cm.

El alojamiento es tal cual como se ve en las fotos. Todo limpio. La cama era bastante cómoda. Los días que me aloje no hubo mucho ruido. El barrio es muy bueno y tienes el metro a dos minutos. María Victoria muy amable. Recomiendo este alojamiento si te encuentras por madrid unos días. Volvería sin problema.

Enclave muy bonito, más que urbanización (se llama las "Marias"), parecia un bosque con casas colocadas en medio. Nos encantó la ubicación. La casa, la habitación y su ambiente son tal cual muestran las fotos. Acogedor hogar lleno de adornos florales, estar alli era como estar "sumergido" en un mar de arboles, naturaleza, flores..... Santiago es atento, cercano y muy amigable, agradecemos mucho su carácter y atención, aunque pudimos hablar poco en persona siempre estuvo disponible. El acceso a la casa es fácil, con parking alrededor, la estancia limpia y acogedora, con un baño grande de uso exclusivo. Y súper tranquilo todo, sin ruidos, solo el maravilloso canto de los pajarillos alrededor. Un buena experiencia, y muy recomendable. Gracias

We had good instructions when we arrived at the appartment. So we could get in without having to disturb anyone to come and open the door for us. When we arrived, everything was very clean. The apartment is very spacious and you can have your privacy when you are there with more people. the host is very attending, asking if everything was fine and when you need anything else, you can always reach out to the host. A recommending apartment.
