Amazing place to stay. Nicely decorated and very clean. Felt very comfortable. The host is responsive and also gave amazing recommendations for places to visit or eat/drink something.

A pleasant experience, thanks also to Katerina's numerous tips on Ioannina and the Epirus region. Elegant and comfortable house, especially for the garden and the presence of parking. House equipped with every comfort, as well as being managed by a great host! We will definitely be back.

Maria was a wonderful host from the moment we arrived. She greeted us warmly and made us feel completely at home. The apartment itself is even more beautiful than the photos—stylish, spotless, and as comfortable as a boutique hotel. It’s also exceptionally well equipped: we cooked every day and never found the kitchen lacking a single item. We stayed for ten days with two babies, and Maria had truly thought of everything. She left a baby bathtub and cribs ready for us, and when we asked for a high chair she brought one over right away. The garden was another highlight—perfect for relaxing while the little ones played. Maria’s local tips were spot-on. Thanks to her recommendations we discovered wonderful beaches, great restaurants, and hidden gems in the area. The village itself is peaceful, with a lovely bakery, and it’s an easy drive to Ioannina, the Zagori villages, and the coast. In short, Maria’s hospitality and her beautiful apartment made our stay unforgettable! Thank you!

We loved our stay at Mania. Perfect place to work remotely, very peaceful and quiet with a great view of the mountains.

The apartment is simply perfect. It is spacious and has everything a person might need. It is very clean and actually much better than it looked in the photos.. Its location iss great too, one minute walk from the lake and 2 minutes walk the other direction to the city center. The apartment is very private with its own outdoor space and is very quiet during day and night. For its price, it is a little gem. I would highly recommend it to everyone. I had a great stay with my family :)

Olga's house is very clean and quiet! Suitable for two people and for a few days of rest in beautiful Ioannina. Pleasant surprise that the house was already warm when we arrived! Very important also that we always found street parking, directly across the street from the property. Olga very helpful and friendly, ready to help us with anything we needed. Thank you very much, Olga! We will definitely prefer your convenient little house when we visit Ioannina again!

Nice small apartment with evertything you need, including coffee, tea and a welcome drink, very central but quiet. Perfect hosts, quick responses. Dora and her husband even picked us up from the bus station and made a short round tour with us through Ioannina. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful space, smart solutions inside (e.g. photocell in the bathroom) and very friendly Mrs. Konstantina, with our communication being very direct. He also bought us a tsipouro of their own production that was fantastic. If I came back from Ioannina it would be my first choice. I recommend it!

Everything went very well at Thomas and Georgia's, we were welcomed very well and they were attentive to our needs! We didn't miss anything with our two kids who are 2 and 5 years old . Yianna was the most welcoming and efficient hostess. A true gem. Unit was scrupulously clean, fully appointed kitchen bathrooms and good storage. Easy checking, checkout and highly responsive and accommodating of requests.

Large terrace with lake and mountain views! The unit is small but well thought out The bed was very comfortable, the sofa bed also with the mattress topper. Well-equipped kitchen side. No problem parking on the street Very quiet. 25min walk to airport, 15min to old town, 10min to bus station Very nice place!

They spent the Easter days there, Mrs. Katina was waiting for us with delicious herbs and red eggs for Easter. The house was spotless, my boys said it smells like grandma's house. We'd love to go back!

Kaiti's place is a great value for money, it was very comfortable for 3 and at a great location. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it for a stay in Giannena.

perfect location, immaculate apartment, super friendly and helpful host. could not rate more highly! the amazing ice creams at the bakery downstairs were an added bonus!

Everything was great,clean,well furnished with all the comfort home. Eleni(greeted us and served instead of Sofia)was very willing and friendly in everything. Extremely good value for money... I would definitely prefer it again and highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Katerina's place! It's right in the centre of town so everything is walkable. We had fresh bread every morning from one of the many bakeries downstairs and the supermarket is only a block away. Very clean and tidy and had everything you could need - especially happy with the washing machine and dryer as we were mid-trip with two little ones. Katerina's mother went above and beyond for both check in and any extra we requested and we didn't want for anything 🙂 Katerina's home is a great size for a family too. Good size first and second bedrooms, large lounge and huge kitchen table! I will definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

A great value-for-money apartment! Extremely clean, with a very kind and welcoming host. We were even greeted with a small tsipouro and wine as a welcome gift — such a thoughtful touch! The bathroom had all the essentials, including Apivita face soap, which truly won me over. (I love it when shower gels and shampoos are from quality brands and not generic refills.) Also, the hair dryer was excellent — much better than the usual weak ones you find in most apartments or hotels.

It's just that it has to be both in terms of quality and price

The apartment is extremely functional with a special aesthetic , it contained everything necessary for a comfortable stay Centrally located and right next to a supermarket that remains open on Sunday all are in walking distance highly recommend
