Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ioannina

Excellent and peaceful location, 15 min drive from Ioannina. The place was warm and fully equipped! Didn't need to bring anything with us. Efstathios' father, who lives next door, is a kind person with a beautiful soul, and always helpful! Strongly recommended!

Excellent house - very clean, modern design and fully equipped. Top location - in the old town of Ioannina, in a very good and convenient area, you can go everywhere on foot. The owners are very friendly and always ready to help you. We enjoyed the stay and will back again. Highly recommend.

Everything was amazing! If I could have a neighbor like her I’d love it or rent from her it would be amazing I’d assume. Very kind and nice, showed us around the Airbnb and how to use everything. The warning about the cats was a true thing. Cats around there are not to be messed with. I didn’t get close to any but one did like try to scare me. Obviously, I’m not scared of cats so I didn’t care. But there’s no need to go near them or anything. It was beautiful and very well kept I’d stay here again no questions!!!

Our stay at the property was impeccable! The host was very friendly and welcoming . Before we went, she had told us that the house had everything. But I didn't expect it to have everything a home needs. It had detergents, personal care items, board games, books, and the kitchen fully equipped! The host even took care of a variety for our breakfast! The house was equipped as if we were permanently staying there! Keep it up, Michalis!

Georgia is immediate and very helpful. The house is fully equipped, with all the facilities and with very nice welcome gifts! The proposal for food in the village of Anthrakitis, in the cafe "The village", with the very hospitable Nikos and Vasso and their homemade dishes made us feel that we are having Easter with friends!

The house was lovely, we enjoyed our evenings by the fireplace and waking up in the cute village of Protopappa. The village is close to everything around. We really enjoyed our stay at the house and in Protopappa and would definitely recommend it! Thank you very much

We stay two nights at the apartment, and we enjoy it very much. George was really polite and give to us some advices for visiting the city. The apartment was very clean and we have everything that we needed. I highly recommend this place.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Very cozy house (with three heating options), spotless, thoughtful and full equipped. The owners are friendly and very considerate. I was surprised that they had made sure there were many options for breakfast. The neighbourhood is quiet and you find parking easily.

Aikaterini home was very nicely decorated and it was very close to the center where the lake is located, which is worth visiting! Aikaterini was always quick to reply and was very helpful in directing us on where to go in the area. She even had a homeade snack for us, which was very thoughtful! Overall, our stay was a very pleasant one and we would definitely recommend Aikaterini's home for your stay in Ioannina!

The 5 of us enjoyed staying at this new apartment. It was clean, warm and had lots of hot water. The children had toys to play with, along with games and books to read. The apartment had a beautiful view of the mountains and was only a short drive to the center of Ioannina. Thanasis and Georgia were gracious hosts and gave us suggestions on things to do in the area.

The house is ideally located for escapes to Zagorochoria but also close to Ioannina, if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful, clean, with lovely hosts.

Our stay was wonderful, Mrs. Katerina very sweet and helpful, proactive, made us feel at home! The location for us is excellent, as Perama is very close to the center of Ioannina, but at the same time offers the quietness we wanted! We recommend it for a stay of a family or a large group!

the house is beautiful, it design very special and in tradition way, The owner was very generous regarding food and drinks that they left for us. We felt that they really want us to enjoy our stay in their house. The village is beautiful and the people are friendly. There is a good restaurant near by and mini market. We are highly recommended it.

Our stay at the Mouzakles townhouse was excellent. We visited it by 2 families, 4 adults and 2 children, in early January and we were greeted by Mrs. Anthoula who gave us accurate instructions for the house and the surrounding area. The first thing that impressed us was the warmth you felt when you walked in inside and the areas of the townhouse, large bedrooms and with comfortable beds. Seamless internet access, for browsing the speeds were enough satisfactory, did not try streaming. There are 2 toilets, one on each floor, convenient for 2 families. The fireplace in the living room is perfect for gathering guests for conversation and/or board games in front of it. In the yard there is a treehouse equipped with toys where the kids spent several hours and enjoyed it with their hearts. The view of the snowy mountains combined with the quietness of the area from other noises makes the morning coffee experience enjoyable. We had a great time

We were 2 families , total of 10 people. There was plenty of room for all of us, air conditioning in each room (2 in the shared area) and fully equipped kitchen. Big garden with out door kitchen. The mini-market and bakery are walking distance , 5 minutes drive to supermarket, 15 minute drive to Ioannina. Each day we drove 1-1.5 hours to different attractions in Zagori. The owner was very nice and helpful. The house was perfect for all our needs.

Charming stone house located on a hillside with a beautiful view outside the picture window in the living room. We ate breakfast outside on the covered porch every morning with the birds singing. Although the town was not drivable, the house was very accessible to the parking and the host arranged for someone to help us bring our luggage to the house. Paris responded immediately to our requests, which were minor. He even met us for coffee one day at a nearby village to be sure that we had good information and ideas for local hikes and how to best take advantage of the opportunities of the region. At the house there is a full description of the many hikes and restaurants in the area. Paris seemed genuinely concerned with our comfort and our enjoyment of the Zagori.
