My experience with Tereza’s apartment was excellent. She was very hospitable. The surrounding area had numerous fantastic restaurants in walking distance.

The 5 of us enjoyed staying at this new apartment. It was clean, warm and had lots of hot water. The children had toys to play with, along with games and books to read. The apartment had a beautiful view of the mountains and was only a short drive to the center of Ioannina. Thanasis and Georgia were gracious hosts and gave us suggestions on things to do in the area.

The property was very good. It was quite hot given the cold weather. There was everything you need. The linens and towels were clean. If the bed wasn't so squishy it would have been even better. In addition, there was a noise transfer from the upper apartment, maybe above what we would have preferred. Overall we were very happy.

Quite a good location compared to Ioannina. Located a 7-8 minute drive by car. It is close to the cave of Perama, a 5-6 minute walk away, worth a visit. Close enough to what is shown in the photos. Very receptive owner and willing to help with everything. She was also asking us on her own if we need anything. It doesn't include anything for breakfast except the basics (Greek coffee and sugar). If I had to find a point to improve, it would be the dinnerware that was overused. Generally if you want to visit the city of Ioannina and the surrounding areas is a home that could cover the basic needs of either a family or a couple or small/large groups

this is the nicest house we have been, nicely decorated , like a real dream vacation home. kitchen with everything you need, gave us advice on activities, restaurants everything we wanted to know. the house is in a village, all neighbors came to say hello, the cute dog, cat and even a 🐓. and there is fireplace ready with all equipment needed. we sure will like to come again

Awesome home

It was one of the best places I've stayed. The house was easy to find, in the heart of the old city. It's an amazing location; everything is within walking distance, which makes your visit to the city so much more enjoyable. Also, Christos was kind enough to provide us with free underground parking which helped a ton with the difficult parking situation in the city and we are more than thankful for that! Also, the house was spotless clean, wonderfully designed with all the necessities. Just a heads up, because the house is located next to a small bar, on Saturday nights it can get a bit noisy from the music next door. Other than that, its a highly recommended place to stay from me! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house inside the Castle area of Ioannina. The architecture and atmosphere were truly special, and everything was absolutely spotless — probably the cleanest and most professionally managed place we've stayed at through Airbnb. The location was exactly what we were hoping for: right inside the Castle walls, which meant we could explore on foot and completely avoid using the car. Having a private garage available was a huge bonus and made everything even easier. Even the local treat (μπακλαβαδάκια) waiting for us was so delicious that it made us feel immediately at home — and of course, we honored them properly! Yiannis, who welcomed us, was super friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, this was one of our best Airbnb experiences, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Ioannina. Thank you very much, Yiannis!

Everything was wonderful with the apartment, very clean, pretty, had lots of useful things like kettle, toaster, and microwave, amazing view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Great location to walk into the centre, secure gated parking too, so everything you need. Chrissa was extremely helpful and a wonderful host. Would love to come back and stay again.

The house is in the center of Ioannina next to the Prefecture. Very clean and beautiful place. It even had a gym mattress and weights! Dimitris and his father always responded very quickly to my messages.

The apartment was clean and adapted to the pictures, there was parking under the house, super 3 minutes walk, excellent air conditioning in every room, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, oven and toaster in the kitchen. The host was responsive and nice, helpful and gave good tips. Highly recommend! :)
