Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ioannina

Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία για περιήγηση στην πόλη. Καθαρό κατάλυμα, φαίνεται πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο και έχει εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Ο οικοδεσπότης απαντούσε άμεσα στα μηνύματα.

Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης και εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα!

Τελεια τοποθεσία , 3’ με τα πόδια απο την κεντρική αγορά. Το σπιτι παρείχε όλες τις ανέσεις και ηταν αντάξιο των προσδοκιών. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλαχτα εγω και η σύντροφος μου 🙏🏻

My experience with Tereza’s apartment was excellent. She was very hospitable. The surrounding area had numerous fantastic restaurants in walking distance.

The 5 of us enjoyed staying at this new apartment. It was clean, warm and had lots of hot water. The children had toys to play with, along with games and books to read. The apartment had a beautiful view of the mountains and was only a short drive to the center of Ioannina. Thanasis and Georgia were gracious hosts and gave us suggestions on things to do in the area.

Το διαμερισμα ήταν εξαιρετικο! Πολύ καθαρό, ομορφο, άνετο και ήσυχο διαμέρισμα. Ο κ.Κωστας ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικος, μας ενημέρωσε για ολα και την δωρεάν στάθμευση κοντά στον χώρο. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ κοντά στην λίμνη και στα μαγαζιά, ταβερνες και καφέ. Ήταν όλα υπέροχα! Πάλι εσάς θα επιλέξουμε στην επόμενη εξόρμηση μας στα Γιάννενα.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καλό. Ήταν αρκετά ζεστό δεδομένου του κρύου καιρού. Υπήρχαν όλα τα απαραίτητα. Τα σκεπάσματα και οι πετσέτες ήταν καθαρές. Αν το κρεβάτι δεν ήταν τόσο συριμωχτο θα ήταν ακόμα καλύτερα. Επιπλέον υπήρχε μεταφορά θορύβου από το πάνω διαμέρισμα, ίσως πιο πάνω από όσο θα προτιμούσαμε. Σε γενικές γραμμές μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι.

We’re so happy to be staying in this apartment! It’s clean, cozy, and comfortable. The host welcomed us personally and gave clear instructions. The place is quiet and close to AB. I highly recommend this apartment!

Αρκετά καλή τοποθεσία σε σχέση με τα Ιωάννινα. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 7-8 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο. Είναι κοντά στο σπήλαιο του Περάματος,απόσταση 5-6 λεπτών με τα πόδια,που αξίζει να επισκεφτείτε. Αρκετά κοντά με αυτό που φαίνεται στις φωτοφραφίες.Πολύ δεκτική ιδιοκτήτρια και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε όλα.Επίσης μας ρωτούσε και απο μόνη της αν χρειαζόμαστε κάτι. Δεν συμπεριλαμβάνει κατι για πρωινό εκτός απο τα βασικά (ελληνικό καφέ και ζάχαρη). Αν έπρεπε να βρώ κάποιο σημείο προς βελτίωση θα ήταν τα σερβίτσια τα οποία ήταν πολυχρησιμοποιημένα. Γενικά αν θέλετε να επισκεφτείτε την πόλη των Ιωαννίνων και τις γύρω περιοχές είναι ένα κατάλυμα που θα μπορούσε να καλύψει τις βασικές ανάγκες είτε οικογένειας είτε ζευγαριού η μικρής/μεγάλες παρεες

הבית נקי מאד, מרווח ומאובזר בנוחות רבה המארח זמין מאד והמיקום פשוט מושלם

this is the nicest house we have been, nicely decorated , like a real dream vacation home. kitchen with everything you need, gave us advice on activities, restaurants everything we wanted to know. the house is in a village, all neighbors came to say hello, the cute dog, cat and even a 🐓. and there is fireplace ready with all equipment needed. we sure will like to come again

It was one of the best places I've stayed. The house was easy to find, in the heart of the old city. It's an amazing location; everything is within walking distance, which makes your visit to the city so much more enjoyable. Also, Christos was kind enough to provide us with free underground parking which helped a ton with the difficult parking situation in the city and we are more than thankful for that! Also, the house was spotless clean, wonderfully designed with all the necessities. Just a heads up, because the house is located next to a small bar, on Saturday nights it can get a bit noisy from the music next door. Other than that, its a highly recommended place to stay from me! Harmony Villa is a recently renovated home tucked away in a private enclave in the old walled city. This three story, three- bedroom, two and half bath home has all the amenities – touch lighting, power curtains, walk-in showers and a well-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. A full washer and dryer are located downstairs next to the children’s playroom. The playroom leads to the one-car garage. Outside spaces are found as an upstairs balcony and a screened back lanai, both overlook a fragrant backyard flower garden. The home is also tastefully designed with avant-garde lighting fixtures, hardwood floors, fireplace, and on the wall coverings depict an idyllic lake. As we stayed 17-days, we prepared many meals in the kitchen with ease. Moreover, Konstantina is super responsive. What’s more is that the home is serviced every three days. What a find!

We made some wonderful family memories at Katerina’s place. The house is not only tastefully decorated but the finishing is excellent. The daily housekeeping is a delightful and helpful extra. The place was a bit tricky to fun but Katerina was a star and met us at the road to guide us right to the front door. My 2-year old had so much fun at the pool or walking around the garden. Katerina also gave us recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the beach. We didn’t want to leave and she again was very kind to allow us a late checkout. We want to be back there now!

In the heart of the village, very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend

Ένας υπέροχος πεντακάθαρος χώρος που έχει τα πάντα! Συστείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Άριστη φιλοξενία και εξυπηρέτηση από τον οικοδεσπότη , ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο .

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Villa Sarai! Wir wurden sehr herzlich und mit großer Freundlichkeit von Babis (der Papa vom Gastgeber) willkommen geheißen. Das Apartment und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war wunderschön. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und entspannend. Mit dem Auto sind sehr viele schöne Strände zu erreichen (5 - 10 min). Natürlich haben wir von Babis auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps bekommen. Davon haben wir auch viel gemacht (Strände, River/ Springs of Acheron…). Eleni (die Mama vom Gastgeber) ist auch so lieb. Sobald man was brauchte, war es in wenigen Minuten erledigt. Meine Tochter (3.5 Jahre alt) hat auch ein süßes Geschenk von ihr bekommen. Da hat sie sich sehr gefreut. Klimaanlagen sind auch vorhanden, was super in der Augusthitze war. Jeden Morgen hat meine Tochter auch mit den süßen Katzen dort gespielt. Was auch sehr positiv war und was uns davor nicht so bekannt war: jeden 2. Tag wird sauber gemacht und man bekommt neue Handtücher. ♥️

Everything was wonderful with the apartment, very clean, pretty, had lots of useful things like kettle, toaster, and microwave, amazing view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Great location to walk into the centre, secure gated parking too, so everything you need. Chrissa was extremely helpful and a wonderful host. Would love to come back and stay again.

Το σπίτι ειναι στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων δίπλα στην Νομαρχία. Πολύ καθαρός και όμορφος χώρος. Είχε μέχρι και στρώμα γυμναστικής και βαράκια! Ο Δημήτρης και ο πατέρας του απαντούσανε πάντα πολύ γρήγορα στα μηνύματα μου.

Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία. Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και πολύ προσεγμένος με όμορφες πινελιές... Πλήρως εξοπλισμένος και η κυρία Μαρία και η κόρη της ευγνενέστατες και πρόθυμες να εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι ζητήσαμε... Αν είχα και άλλα αστέρια θα έβαζα.
