Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Inver Grove Heights

A perfect home base for our travels around St. Paul! We felt right at home with plenty of privacy, and one of the cleanest AirBnBs I've stayed in for sure. Jennifer had lots of special touches and helpful extras that made us feel well taken care of. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, never an issue parking on the street right outside, and near plenty of good restaurants and coffee. Thank you for your hospitality!

One of the rare times I felt the place looked better than the photos! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again when in Minneapolis. I felt right at home, it was clean, comfortable bed, easy check-in. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, the university, Stone Arch Bridge. Very good value for the price I paid. Note that there isn’t a washer/dryer in unit, rather the building had a room, use quarters.

Such a cute place with so much charm! It had everything we needed and was such a good location close to many restaurants, shops and a great park down the road. We hope to come back to visit!

Overall, I had a comfortable stay and it is worth 5 stars, but it would be even better if the following points were improved. It says there is a washing machine (for a fee), but there is no information about its location on the page or in the room, and it was very difficult to find. 　(In the end, the washing machine was in the basement, and there were stairs leading from the kitchen to the basement, but it was difficult to know if they could be used) Shampoo and body wash were provided, but the conditioner was not replenished. The water flow in the washroom was too small, making it difficult to use.

Everything was lovely! Only thing, and I could have missed this, I was not aware it was a duplex and we were slightly worried we would be too loud. When we arrived Debbie’s mother greeted us immediately to let us know that if we needed anything she was downstairs. The home was beautiful, and overall no complaints.

My friend and I have stayed here twice now for writing retreats and just love it. First of all the aesthetics and design are just right on with lovely natural light, no clutter, and high end choices. Everything is functional and beautiful and comfortable. I am amazed at the hosts ability to design a space. Second of all, the coffee shop downstairs is so great and has a great vibe. It is also right on a hiking trail. For a writing retreat, it was perfect.

The apartment was quiet and had a great view.

Roger and Vicki were responsive, friendly hosts. They were eager to ensure that we had everything we needed and flexible in working with us for check-in and check-out. We even received some homemade baked goods, a delightful bonus 😊 The unit was comfy and well-appointed. We loved the ability to allocate our rental donation at the Shelter with a Cause. As an added plus, we got to shelter in the basement with the hosts and some of their family members when the tornado sirens sounded just minutes after our arrival! We appreciated being taken care of so well 😊

We are so thankful to this couple for our short stay! Their home was very unique and comfortable. I highly recommend it! Everything you need is exactly where it should be! (Husband couldn’t find the extra toilet paper — I told him it had to be in the bathroom & of course I found it… in the bathroom LOL 🙃) only thing I regret was not checking in earlier! What a cool spot!

This place was perfect for our group of both adults and kids. There was plenty of space to play inside and outside and everything was super clean and minimalistic. Beds were comfortable too and the checkout instructions were simple!

Our party of 8 had a great time at Alvin's place! We were there for a graduation weekend and felt right at home instantly. The home was spacious enough for everyone to have their privacy, while we also enjoyed the communal spaces- especially the back porch! Our dog also loved the fenced backyard. Alvin was very friendly and responsive. We'd happily stay again!

Judy's place was thoughtfully equipped and setup. Was a pleasure to stay. The backyard garden was great. I was lucky the weather was perfect and was able to enjoy this garden. Slept really well!

The home exceeded all of our expectations! It was much lovelier than the photos and everything we needed to know was explained in writing by the hosts or carefully labeled including light switches, etc. The attention to detail was evident everywhere from the stunning restoration, the quality of the furniture, the art work, the TV placement, the exquisite bedding and towels, the luxuriousness of the pillows and mattresses, and the well-stocked kitchen. Every time any one of us thought “It would be nice if they had…”, it would already be there in a drawer or closet. I will say the stairs to floors two and three were a bit steep, but not unusual for such a home built in 1912. The hosts were easily reachable and very responsive. We hated to leave. It was well worth the price.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the host provided clear instructions and great communication throughout. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful at night. The little touches, like fresh towels, toiletries, and a well-equipped kitchen, made the stay feel even more comfortable. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming everything felt. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It is as advertised, Studio Apartment, Pull out couch, right next to train that'll get you to downtown or Mall of America, and beautiful hiking for the Mississippi as well as Minnehaha falls was wonderful (12 min walk!)

We had a lovely stay in this classic Minneapolis apartment so near the lake in a very cool neighborhood! Great places nearby and I recommend!

This place was exactly what we needed. Super responsive hosts (within 10 min every time!). We felt right at home. Fast WiFi for work, beautiful and great location for restaurants, bike paths and even some clubs near by. We were very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

There was one issue with the tub and bath sink drain. They had someone out the next morning. Very responsive. The communication was also very good, again very responsive with any questions I had.

This was a very cute place, I can definitely see it being a fun place for a large group! The trains could be a little noisy at night, but that can’t be helped. Earplugs are an easy solution for light sleepers. Otherwise, this was such a cute and unique standout from so many other airbnbs in this area.

I absolutely loved my stay, this the best Airbnb I have ever been in. It was super clean and had lovely, modern fixtures. I loved having the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer. It had a super comfy bed and was very well furnished, especially with kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and has lots of good shopping, restaurants and walking paths nearby. Lucy and her husband were very kind and responsive, respected my privacy and put so much care and thought in hosting this space. I was genuinely sad when my stay came to an end.

Tastefully appointed with everything you could need. Bigger than it looks in photos. Very thoughtful and kind owners. We LOVED our stay!!!
