You are walking distance from many coffee shops, restaurants, bars and the sand. Covered parking, washer, dryer are included. Less than 5 miles away from the Mayo Clinic. Your luxurious suite is very clean and has a modern, coastal vibe. A 20 minute stroll to the Amp and short drive or bike to the beaches or downtown.

We accept pets Upon Approval for an additional cleaning fee of $50, **Please Disclose Pet Info Prior To Booking**. There is a great yard with with a fenced-in space for pets to run. No smoking or vaping indoors, please.

We have beach cruiser bikes available for use! We are 1.5 miles from the closest public beach access and a 3 mile bike ride to downtown St Augustine! Update for COVID-19 pandemic: We will be spraying all hard surfaces with EPA-approved sanitizer to do our best to make sure surfaces are safe.
