Townhome vacation rentals in Intracoastal Waterway

Gabriella was very responsive when we got there the porch light had burned out and the unit was hard to find she was there by the next afternoon to have the light replaced. Very nice hostess.

Great place to stay with family. Easy access to the ocean and beaches. Location is spot on, only 20 mins to almost anything you may need.

We really enjoyed the condo. When we walked in, it was very clean and it looked just like the pictures he posted. The walk to the beach was super short.

Clean and responsive — very close to beach. We didn’t go into Downtown as we were there for the Ocean. Loved the beach gear !

My family and I stayed for my mother in laws 80th birthday. We had a wonderful time! The place was perfect. There are stairs coming in so keep in mind for older folks but she is in great shape so easy for her! Will be coming back!!!

Given the need for an immediate relocation, Inga was very helpful and her home was just what we needed to enjoy the rest of our vacation. You could tell her home was cleaned very well and we felt right at home.

Beautifully remodeled condo with ocean view and easy beach access. Comfy beds and couches for lounging. Looking forward to coming back to Lisa's place our next trip to St. Augustine!

My family stayed for a graduation and it was the best choice everything was just as described. The home was beautiful and very very clean. We felt right at home and safe. The area is also very safe with easy access many things including i95.

Most definitely the nicest AirB&B we have ever stayed at! It was in a stellar location, quick easy walk to the beach, and felt safe and homey! The house was spotless and came with everything we could have needed. Shannon was an absolutely phenomenal host, we are so thankful!!! She provided us a ton of recommendations and helped us out the entirely of our stay. Check in and check out was flexible and straight forward! Definitely a must stay location with an excellent host if you’re vacationing in the Jacksonville area!

Shay was quick to reply and willing to help! The power went out one night when a storm must have come through and the hvac system quit working. We didn’t realize until later in the day. But we were able to fix it, easily! Otherwise we loved the space, location and amenities.

Place was well decorated with essentially all the amenities. The kitchen appliances were all new although sometimes confusing for us seniors. Fortunately, I have the same TVs. Well located two blocks from the beach. While you can walk to the beach, best to have a car to get to the many restaurants and other attractions that are not walking distance (although there is a great restaurant across the street). I would definitely stay there again.

Lisa’s home was perfectly located on Jax Beach, close to restaurants, and a little on the quieter side of town. We loved the space, it had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated with seaside photos and maps we all enjoyed! I had to work one day and from the front patio I felt as if I were at the beach with my family, beautiful views! Thank you Lisa, will be booking again next year!

This place was great. It’s only a few minute away from everything. There is some construction happening in the area, so we decided not to “walk” to the beach;however, everything is walkable even the beach. There is plenty of space here. The kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms had everything needed to ensure we felt at home. They also provided a wagon and some beach gear! Overall wonderful stay. We’d definitely return.

We truly enjoyed our stay and felt like home to spend great family time together. Would definitely return.

We had a great weekend here! Super close to the beach and had balconies to watch sunrise on. Tony and Yvette were very communicative and great at checking in with us. The place looks just like the photos and was super clean. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend!!

We booked this home for my boyfriend who was working in the area for two months. It was close to his job site, the beach, and restaurants. Very responsive to anything we needed and would definitely book again.

Beautiful place with just a short walk to the beach! Stephanie & Gary had everything we needed for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. If you're looking for a place that is close to the beach and the historic district then this is the place! You won't be disappointed.

Looked at lots and this one stood out. So glad we found this little diamond! Excellent location to everything. Walked everywhere we went and its so clean and cozy! Had the best sleep on this bed!! So much so we bought a 3” memory foam top for our bed on the way home. Cannot wait to do it again!!! Thanks a million for sharing this beautiful little place.

This was a great stay for my family and I. The condo is only about three blocks to the beach. Very convenient location on Jax beach. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, nice setup. 25 minutes from the beach & 25 minutes from all the stadiums & arenas. We came with dogs & the fenced in yard was convenient (though it does need a little TLC & cleanup). Hot tub was a plus.

Our family had the sweetest time at this house! From the beautiful details on the inside of the home to being able to easily walk to the beach, stores and restaurants - it was the perfect getaway. Thankful for the space they have created!
