Hidden Gem

MichaelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This property and the hosts lived up to all of the expectations and hype I had leading up to our stay. The location was amazing. We spent almost the whole week in the sand from dusk til dawn. For dinner we would walk to a local restaurant on the street and walk back after on the beach. The space, both inside and out, was tranquil and had everything you could want or need to relax. The beach amenities were perfect and more than you could ask for. It’s really set up great to be a home away from home. The one thing I found funny about the listing was the outdoor shower and I assumed I’d never use it, I figured it was just there for added decor. Turns out it was one of my favorite aspects of the space and used it multiple times a day to get sand or suntan lotion off. The fresh honeysuckle scent every day was an added bonus. My family and I had an amazing time and we really recharged our mental batteries while staying at Neil and Terell’s space. We hope to come back soon.

We got together with friends for the weekend for a festival at Seawalk Pavilion at Jacksonville Beach. The place was a perfect location and perfect vibe for the weekend. It is very cute with great decorations and a beautiful mural on the porch outside. We're glad your place was part of our weekend! The atmosphere added to the fun!

Absolutely beautiful view. We were impressed with the accuracy of the description. The unit did not disappoint. The beach access was just steps away. The historic district was minutes away. We stayed two nights which was perfect.

The quaint old house & quiet, peaceful neighborhood was perfect. Easy walking distance to historic sites , museums, marina, shopping & restaurants. People in surrounding houses were friendly. Carlos has some quirky lights in the kitchen & laundry area that take getting used too. Everything was as described, we especially enjoyed sitting on the porch with our dog. we definitely would stay here when we return to St. Augustine.

"Flagler Shack"- a funky tropical oasis!

JonRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Awesome little house in a great neighborhood 100 yds from the Bridge of Lions, leading into Old Town St. Augustine. Very easy to walk to the historic area. The house is just off the main avenue with non-touristy bars and restaurants that were a stone's through away. Thank you for the thorough recommendation packet. We had our bikes and easily biked to downtown, the lighthouse, and St. Augustine beach. The house itself is very well appointed with lots of character -- an outdoor shower, screened porch, and fire pit area with outdoor lights to hang out and enjoy the wonderful warm weather, but still very private. Great hosts with great communication. We could not recommend more strongly.

The Hideaway

MackenzieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had such a great stay here! The listing was just like the pictures. Craig was accommodating and easy to talk to. We got in town early and he allowed an early check in. We had two dogs with us and having the fenced in back yard was nice. We walked everywhere to eat and explore and was only a 15 min drive to the beach. The house was clean- on the smaller side (it was my husband and I and our 3 year old). When we come back we will definitely look to stay here first!

Pet Friendly Three Bedroom Bungalow

MollyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This is my second long weekend at this Airbnb. It’s my go-to when coming to St. Augustine. The neighborhood is so close to the historic downtown and yet quiet. It’s in a cute neighborhood that’s easy to access. The space is always spotless and comfortable. The porch is the best spot for a nightcap. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Notes: beds are comfortable, amenities are generous and a simple checkout.
