A beautiful place to stay. You felt right at home. Very clean and well equipped.

A great place, beautiful cosy house, close to the train station (2 min walk) that gets you to both Garmisch Classic and Zugspitze. Great host. Would love to ho again.

Everyone was totally impressed by the place and we are already considering coming back next year. Stylish decor, plenty of space, great views, beautiful rooms and sauna and pool to cool off. Also for cooking, there was all the equipment you could wish for. We are very satisfied! *****

The place was very nice and clean – exactly as described. Everything was easy to reach, be it shopping, restaurants or beautiful excursions in the surrounding area. There are many fantastic places nearby, perfect for exploring and relaxing. We had a really relaxing time and would come back anytime. Highly recommended! The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The communication was straightforward, quick and warm – I felt welcome from the beginning. You can tell that they care about the well-being of their guests.

We had a lovely week. It was clean, the decor very nice, we had everything we needed. Kathrin was within easy reach.

We had a wonderful time over Easter. Lechbruck am See offers a lot of opportunities for activities on site. Shopping is sufficiently available. In the area, many sights can be reached quickly by car. We felt very comfortable in the vacation home. Everything you need is available. Our kids had their own area upstairs. Everything is very nice and neatly decorated. The hosts Kristin & Gerry were very nice, in general everyone was very warm and always friendly. We felt very comfortable. Thank you so much for the wonderful time. We will be happy to come back ;)

The house is really super nice and modernly furnished. The view is simply breathtaking. In addition, we have never been to a place that has been so spotlessly clean. The communication with Andi was great and the check-in very warm. Everything was made child-proof for our little daughter, and all sockets are secured. Changing table, high chair and baby bed were also provided. We were completely satisfied and had a great vacation!

This home is absolutely beautiful, set in a picturesque neighborhood! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a very well-stocked kitchen. The kids loved playing in the river in the backyard. The owner was very responsive and friendly. My only complaints are: 1) the street is very narrow, and people have parked their travel trailers long-term on the street right in front of the house, so we had to make tight 5-point turns every time we pulled out of the driveway, and 2) we made our reservation before the home’s floor plans were uploaded to the listing, so when it said there are 3.5 bathrooms, we assumed there were 3 FULL bathrooms and a half bathroom. However, there is actually only 1 FULL bathroom (with a toilet, sink, and shower), 2 half bathrooms with a toilet and sink, and 1 half bathroom with a sink and shower (no toilet). So we thought each of our 3 families would get our own full bathroom, and we were disappointed to discover that two families had to share.

Christina and Ernst were wonderful hosts. The apartment is amazing and has everything you would need. The Spa service was so good we used it every night. Highly recommend staying here if there is availability

What a beautiful place to stay! It’s slightly out of town but a beautiful walk down to Innsbruck. There’s also a very easy bus down to town that runs regularly.

very lovely stay in the coziest wine barrel with the Alps view from the window. everything is good including comfy beds and pillows. just that for hot water, we didn't get any due to the rainy season. overall an exciting camping experience :)

Thomas and Astrid were great hosts! The apartment is great and it has everything you need. They were very kind, helpful and provided everything we need! When I am back to Innsbruck, I will stay in their apartment for sure. Thanks for being great hosts!

It was one of the best places i’ve ever visit Tiny was so friendly and so generous We really felt at home I will come back every time i will visit Austria ❤️❤️

What a superb apartment! Fab location right where you want to be. Awesome for watching the world go by in the day, yet very quiet for sleeping at night. Fun toilet and lovely bathroom. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Beds super comfy. Would defo recommend.

The apartment was spotless and is furnished in a unique style. It lived up to the photos with its wonderful views of the snowcapped mountains, which can also be viewed from the outsdie balcony with table and chairs. Entry and exit were uncomplicated and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Even though it was clearly stated, I had underestimated the walking distance (half an hour) to the center of town and had to take a taxi or bus a few times.

Great stay! All good and very clean!
