We had a wonderful stay at Marijana's and Clemens' perfectly equipped apartment. Everything is thought out and tastefully furnished. The apartment is nicely bright and very cozy. The location is also great - quietly located and yet very well connected to public transport (even without your own car on site, no problem). We can recommend it all around and would be happy to come back!

The apartment was wonderfully modern. In the kitchen/living room and bathroom are smart speakers who have done good services. We felt "at home" as they say. If you like it quiet, this is definitely the place to be.

We enjoyed the time in the beautiful, large and very clean apartment. Everything you could possibly need was there, and the kitchen is excellently equipped. Eleonora answered questions in advance and greeted us nicely, we felt very comfortable. For us, the apartment was ideally located - nice and quiet, with the rippling stream in front of the door and centrally located for activities in the great area. Thanks so much for the nice week!

It was nice apartment with all the facilities. Host stays upstairs and very helpful. Not advisable for people not want to walk for about 10-15 minutes from the Grinzen bus stop.

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.

We (married couple, 61 years + 59 years with dog) spent wonderful 12 days in the almost brand new accommodation of Jade and Ingo - photos and reality match 100%. The garden is completely "escape-proof", so our dog spent hours there unattended (behind the Thuja hedge there is a wire fence). In any case, the location away from the busy Ötztalstraße (from which you hear nothing at all) on the upper edge of the village directly on the forest is fantastic - especially for us dog owners for the quick morning/evening walk. A variety of restaurants can be found in the very nearby Ötz (5 minutes' drive). In summer temperatures, the outdoor pool in Sautens is highly recommended. In addition, we really liked the variety of different tour options (it doesn't always have to be 800-1,000 meters in altitude😉). Conclusion: An all-around successful stay in a beautiful area in a great accommodation with very warm hosts🫶!

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. It's a great apartment where nothing is missing. If we had any questions, we could always contact the hosts and immediately received an answer.

We've spent a month at Daniel's and Lisa's place, it was the perfect base to discover the surrounding area. The pictures and description were accurate (maybe even better in real life) The hosts were really friendly. Would stay there again :)

I was with my sister and my mom for four nights in the apartment and we were all thrilled! The kitchen was very well equipped and there was nothing missing. The view from the balcony is really beautiful. Communication with Waltraud was friendly, helpful and straightforward. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment! We were traveling with two small kids and it was nice to have a base outside of Innsbruck. It was very easy to get around with just a 15min walk to Hall in Tirol or just 5min to the nearest bus stop to Innsbruck. The apartment had everything we needed. The best part was undoubtedly the view! We loved to sit in the garden and eat while looking at the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

We stayed at the property for a week. All was just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, there was nothing missing. When our daughter surprisingly wanted to stay overnight, that was no problem at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. A small supermarket and a bakery can be reached on foot. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

The apartment Südwind of Tina and family, is a wonderful, beautiful spot on earth. The view of the great peaks from the balcony, such as Alpspitze, Großer Waxenstein and Zugspitze is an absolute dream, 🤩 with a coffee in hand, the first rays of sunshine shining on the summit crosses, simply absolutely perfect. Tina and her husband are two kind-hearted friendly hosts and it is an absolutely recommendable stay with them ❤️ See you next year at the latest for ZUT2026🙌

Chrissy and Thomas are two real people who made me feel super comfortable right from the start. The arrival was delayed by many hours thanks to snowfall, but for Chrissy and Thomas it was not a problem at all and her main concern was that I arrive safely, no matter what time it will be. My entire stay was super uncomplicated - I could use the super clean bathroom and the perfectly equipped kitchen at any time and was always offered help. The room I had to myself was perfect for me. The bed was so comfortable and I was able to recover from the daily excursions at dinner in front of the TV. I would come back anytime if I'm in this area again!

I was in Rietz (near Innsbruck) from 06.06. to 08.06.2025 and had a wonderful stay. David was an exceptionally friendly and accommodating host, communication was warm and straightforward from the beginning. The place was very clean, lovingly decorated and exactly as described, you immediately felt comfortable. I particularly appreciated the quiet location and the pleasant atmosphere in the house. Close to the main Dolomites interest spots. The property itself is cozy, charming, and incredibly comfortable. Whether you're relaxing in the common areas or enjoying the outdoors, everything is thoughtfully maintained to offer a peaceful, familiar vibe. Definetely will visit again❤️

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, there was everything you needed in terms of kitchen utensils. The village shop and village cafe are a 2-minute walk away. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.
