what a wonderful place to stay. Great sunsets and walks on the beach. Great way to relax. The host communicated well with us and got us where we needed to be going. their response time was amazing, we appreciate that. We will come back again next time we are visiting my dad. We had a wonderful time at this location! Restaurants nearby and kids loved the ice cream/icee shop across the street. Ocean right out the door. Kids loved playing on the beach!

Jen's place was clean, well maintained, and tastefully furnished. Exactly as in the photos. Jen's communications and responses were warm and friendly. The place was very quiet and in a safe community. We felt at home and slept well. The 2-car garage was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend the place, particularly if you want to be close the southern side of San Diego.

The place was stunning. The location was just far enough for some peace and quiet but also close enough to enjoy the town! Private pool and beach was a perk too. The condo was as the pictures show but even more amazing in person. The balcony view never disappointed. Alma was a great host, responding to all our inquiries in a timely manner and was helpful on some local suggestions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect location. I rent Airbnbs in this area at least once a year and this rental was the best I’ve had. Had everything we needed for our stay. We walked to coffee every morning and grabbed some late night snacks at Pizza Port. Perfect space for our mini-vaca.

Loved the place, only thing is bed on master bedroom is super hard, like sleeping on a rock. Other than that, place was nice.

Great location , if you are looking for a peaceful and quite with beach access, close to restaurants, not too far from downtown or airport, this is a great spot . Again just a reminder it is not the upscale area , more of a local experience. Felt safe and walkable to beach .

I could honestly say this is a lovely apartment beautiful view and so clean really nice decor will definitely be booking it again on my next trip.

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. Our stay was fantastic! Great location in the Gaslamp District, close to food, entertainment and more! We really loved the beautiful interior design with exposed brick, high ceilings and a gold motif. The furniture was very comfortable and nearby Ralph's within walking distance made it easy to pick up groceries to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Cannot wait to stay here again, I couldn't beat the location. The environment was warm and inviting, clean and so close to the beach. Local restaurants were fresh and healthy. Staff was helpful and responsive even though we had no concerns. Very grateful for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place in San Diego! The condo was clean, centrally located and very spacious. The gated garage was awesome, and we loved staying on an upper floor with great views. We arrived very late in the night, and Kim was kind enough to stay awake to meet us with the keys and codes. We had a great time staying there during the long weekend!

Had a great stay! The lock of the main door is a bit strange and should be replaced, as well as the pillows of the bed, these should also be replaced. Otherwise, was nice and I would stay here again.

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!
