Title: Great Value, but be Prepared for Noise I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had an overall positive experience. The location was fantastic—easy to find, and it was conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the price compared to other options in the area, I felt it was a great value. However, one thing to note is that the property is in the flight path for San Diego airport. While this wasn’t an issue once I fell asleep, the noise from the planes, neighbors, and outdoor sounds made it a bit challenging to get to sleep on the first few nights. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, I'd recommend staying here, but be prepared for the noise—especially if you're a light sleeper. This lovely property is directly on the beach and strand. We watched dolphins offshore from the patio door. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and beds were beachy and comfortable. The beach was beautiful for walking and swimming.

Our family had an absolutely amazing stay at Cristian and Michele’s beautiful home in Rosarito! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Cristian and Michele went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference. We created so many special memories here with our family, and we’re so grateful for the opportunity to stay in such a lovely space. I would 100% recommend this home to anyone visiting Rosarito. We’re already looking forward to coming back one day! Thank you again for everything!

We stayed at Maria's place with our two 14- and 11-year-old kids for a week and had a perfect vacation. Maria had great recommendations and clear instructions on where to park and enter. We loved walking to Rosemont Cafe and the beach, and our favorite local dinners were at The Promiscuous Fork, The Taco Stand, and El Pescador. Beds and linens were very comfortable, and the patio was peaceful and private. Highly recommended!

We stay at AirBnB’s a lot and the Love Shack is our absolute favorite to date! The place is gorgeous, comfortable, clean and very well appointed. The hosts are attentive, friendly and communicative — and the layout and accommodations were perfect for our family. The location is great too with awesome restaurants nearby — and even walking distance with amazing burritos (Roberto’s) and coffee (Bird Rock) as were gorgeous nature walks. And it was central and close to all San Diego attractions. I’d book this place again in a heartbeat!!!

This beach cottage was perfect for my husband, our 13 month old son, and small dog for the weekend. The house and linens are clean. The house, patio and yard are cute. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. They had plenty of beach chairs, towels, wagons, and beach toys for us to use. We had a great weekend here.

We had a wonderful stay at Marisa's place. The deck was beautiful and we had direct beach access. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, and plenty of beach towels. The area is very peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend for the view alone. Marisa was also extremely responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to our next trip!

We stayed at Pete's place because it has a gorgeous pool (the pool slide was a huge hit), is close to Del Mar racetrack, and is close to the beach/ocean (you can see the ocean from the front yard). We took our two Bichons and felt safe and secure letting them out. We have family in San Diego and had a small family cook out on Sunday. The grill was awesome, and there are lots of fun things to do on the property, front and back yards. We didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but it was already heated up. Since the house doesn't have air conditioning, there were fans in the family room and bedroom. Large kitchen, so you can cook and bake if you don't want to eat out all the time. The house is single story, but outside there are lots of levels where you have to go up and down some single steps,so small children would need help and elderly or disabled folks may need help, too. Pete gave great directions about how to access the main entrance, and the self check-in security code.

This studio is fantastic. The photos do not do the location justice--it is VERY close to the beach. Any closer, and you'd be a house on the boardwalk with little privacy. I appreciated the details that Ginger has put into this studio--everything is labeled so you won't be wondering where anything is and she provides lots of extra that made for a stress free trip. We traveled with our 1.5 year old and loved that a pack-n-play, high chair, and children's kitchenware was provided! There's also toys appropriate for toddlers through older kids (adult boardgames too). The bunk room doesn't have a door (but this is a studio after all), but we brought a sound machine with us and there is a hallway pocket door to keep noise separate. Check out Ginger's suggestions located in the studio via a convenient map or the link she sends beforehand. Thank you for a great stay, Ginger!

Our stay at Noel and Linda's place was absolutely perfect. We love the Del Mar area and the location to the beach, the beautiful deck overlooking the ocean and the proximity to walk to shops was just what we needed for our family time away.

We came for a short trip. Here are our pros: great parking space for your car which is gated and can fit up to two, there is a lot of space and 5+ people can sleep in here comfortably. If you need a safe and private place to stay with family then this is a great affordable options. Our cons: the electrical outlets did not seem to work on the bottom floor in the bedroom, we had an issue with the shower not functioning which was not helpful when everyone needed to shower, the upstairs gets very hot even with the fans we had to sleep with the windows open because of the heat. These are things that are fixable, overall it is a good place to stay at.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location for access to the beach and local restaurants and centrally located within a short drive to the heart of San Diego. Access to bikes a nice plus for rides along the beach. Unit was clean and comfortable, no complaints.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Barry’s place. It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to many sites in San Diego. The house was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed relaxing in the tranquil backyard - being welcomed by Barry’s sweet golden retriever, Dorry was a highlight. We will definitely return.

This location is ideal for quick pickups and is conveniently close to popular tourist spots. A vehicle is recommended for easy access. The presence of fruit trees adds a delightful touch, making it a very sweet and appealing place to stay. Will stay here again!

One block walk to Ocean Beach. A variety of casual restaurants/eateries/coffee shops within walking distance. The neighborhood was overall clean and felt safe. We were able to find parking on the street within 1-2 blocks. Good communication with host. Would stay again.

I love that the kitchen was very well stocked! If you like to cook it’s great! The backyard was beautiful my kids loved the resort feel. We visited for a graduation for my nephew from the Marines boot camp. The location was about 20-25 minutes from base which was so easy because you’re close to the freeway! The house was perfect for our stay! The box truck in the front yard was a throw off when we arrived but once inside you didn’t notice it was there. The house is very cute and full of everything you need to have a great stay! Thank you Brian for being a great host!
