Nicely decorated comfortable space - looks just like the pictures. Loved the small touches like stocked coffee and tea, filtered water waiting in the fridge. Very quiet, especially given the urban nature of the neighborhood. Patio space gave a sense of privacy and good for larger dogs. Quick walk to restaurants and Balboa park. Host was extremely responsive, checked in with me about my stay. Off-street parking was a huge bonus in that area, and the YouTube video providing directions was perfect. If you’re looking for a great place to be near Balboa Park/Zoo I highly recommend this cute little spot.

Right when we got to the house, it just felt right at home. The kitchen had everything you need that you can cook which is what we did the first night! The hot tub was amazing, and the living room was great to watch tv and have your dogs near you while you’re relaxing. When you’re going to sleep, the beds and the pillows were amazing to lay down while you’re watching tv as well. Everything was home feeling and that’s exactly what we needed! Thank you Clinton! I will come back here again.

This cute house was so great! Lots of room, the fluffiest towels I have ever experienced and the BEST location ever. Little Italy is so cute and fun! Coffee shops, restaurants and even the little market is just a block or two away. We really hope to be back! Thank you!

Quiet location, exactly as pictured and described. Parking could be a challenge if you have a large vehicle but being able to park in the garage made it easier. Great communication!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was great and had lots of accommodations. While the on-site parking was wonderful, it can be challenging to get into the spot when other cars are parked in the alley. Very pet friendly area for your furry friend.

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Stay at Katri’s was great. Had delicious cookies waiting for us when we checked in, which was a breeze. House was spacious and entire lot was very big. Pool was great and even after we had told them that no heated pool would be necessary, Mother Nature had a different idea and gave us some more than unexpected chilly weather, so they had no problem throwing the heater on for us. Freeway in the background was hardly a noise problem for us personally. Just far enough that it didn’t affect us, and was nice to see what our morning commute was going to be like. Brought two dogs with the group that absolutely loved everything (after one of them finally got over his fear of the staircase). All in all a great stay in a great neighborhood. Cant comment more how quickly they responded to us in the days leading up to the trip, and while we were there. Great hosts!

We loved staying at Wil’s place. The place was amazing, cozy and everything we wanted for our family. We loved the aesthetic, and the pool was so fun to play in. It was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, so it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day out. The host and hostess were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again.

The location is a ten minute walk to the beach. There’s a sprouts three minutes away and numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great location with a very great host. Very kind people. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Wonderful experience! This place was comfy, entertaining and clean, with a ton of fun activities for my teenagers! Highly recommend!

WOW is what I’ll start with. A great place to stay fairly close to San Diego downtown area about 15-20 min drive. Devo’s place was as described it was well stocked and we have had a great greeting with beautifully scented candles and the temperature set as it was a fairly cool day. I asked Devo a few questions and she responded and was upfront and honest.

The house was spotless, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. The game room was really fun! Owner was super responsive and kind! It was easy to access and very quiet! It was a great place to stay for the week!

Noah, the host, went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel comfortable with our first air b n b experience. Noah also made getting there a breeze by providing easy map guidance and personally calling us to make the process as painless as possible. The property itself had plenty of space in the garage for two vehicles. The best feature was definitely the 3 full baths complementing the three bathrooms. The place was spotless with everything in the right place. All in all, we were very happy with Sunshine Getaways and would go back and recommend the home in the future Thank you Noah!

This cottage was exactly what I needed. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of calm I hadn’t experienced in a long time. The place is super well-designed—cozy, comfortable, and with so many little thoughtful touches that make it feel like a true retreat. It’s one of those places where you instantly feel at home. What really stood out to me was how peaceful it was. I’d wake up to birds chirping in the morning, and at night, I’d hear coyotes howling softly in the distance. It was the kind of quiet that just lets your mind relax, which was perfect for me since I’ve been working a really high-stress job. Being able to come back to this space every day felt like a reset button for my brain and body. And I can’t say enough good things about Marina. She’s such a kind and genuine person—so easy to communicate with, always quick to respond, and just incredibly thoughtful. You can tell she really cares about her guests having the best experience possible, and it makes a huge difference.
