Valentina' s place is truly a 5 stars. The place is very well furnished, well equipped and everything works well. She is very responsive and helpful in dealing with issues. That is the plus when the host greets you and shows you the place. Those absentee hosts who live in Rome care more about the money. Valentina's place makes you feel at home right away. A gem that I highly recommend.

David was a great communicator and responsive at all times. Location was perfectly situated near the station and an easy walk to most of the tourist attractions. The apartment was spotless and well equipped

L’attico di Antonella è semplicemente splendido. Ancor più bello rispetto alle foto, in una posizione centrale che offre una vista impagabile su Bologna. L’appartamento è spaziosissimo, luminosissimo, ordinato e perfettamente pulito. Insomma, tutto impeccabile, veramente. Inoltre emerge la cura per il design e per i dettagli di ogni ambiente. Veramente delizioso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Antonella e Viola sono state molto gentili e disponibili, puntuali, sempre reattive nel comunicare con noi. Inoltre, tra le altre cose, ci hanno lasciato una bottiglia di ottimo Prosecco in frigo; gesto davvero di classe e molto apprezzato. Che dire, consigliatissimo. Non vedo l’ora di tornare! Grazie.

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Maurizio's place was an excellent choice for our month in Florence. The house is in the center, yet it's tucked away from the noise of the nightlife and the sounds of rolling suitcases. It's a very comfortable, spacious home with all the amenities and a tranquil little garden - it has a natural vacation feel. Maurizio went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay and even took us on a tour of Florence and the neighboring area, which we greatly enjoyed.

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

This may just be the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. We were there several nights, and you just don’t get over that view. It’s a good 40m drive to Florence, but the nearby cities are also happening. Lots to discover, and the distance from Florence is so worth it. Tons of space, private kitchen, access to the whole property which is massive. The host family lives on this multi-generational land which you have a unit above a house all to yourself. Beyond impressed with this one, the family is so kind and receptive. 12/10, wow.

Appartamento molto spazioso, curato e pulito, in ottima posizione per muoversi a piedi per Ferrara. Cristina è stata molto carina e disponibilissima già da prima del nostro arrivo e fino al termine del nostro soggiorno dandoci suggerimenti su dove andare a mangiare e cosa visitare. Le logement est très spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. La vue autour du logement était incroyable entre les vignes et les collines. Gianluca est un hôte très discret et a été réactif lors de nos demandes. je recommande ce logement

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Highly recommended

Très joli appartement décoré avec goût. Il dispose d’une terrasse, un plus. Le quartier est très calme. À 3 minutes du tram pour le centre-ville de Florence. C’est très pratique. Nous avons apprécié également le garage fermé pour la voiture et le magasin bio à côté. Enfin, Daniela a été super réactive dans tous nos messages.

Отличная квартира, Антонио был очень отзывчив. Квартира классная, но больше подойдет для людей без детей, т.к. квартира не сильно приспособлена для детей. Также если у вас много вещей или тяжелые чемоданы, коляска, то от лифта в в квартиру ведет достаточно крутая лестница, т.к. квартира расположена на мансардном этаже.Но имеет 2 очень классные террасы с отличным видом!!! Из минусов лично моих: очень маленькая и не совсем удобная кухня(но это только если вы собираетесь готовить). Не очень хороший напор горячей воды. В остальном квартира понравилась! Great apartment to stay in if you want to explore Florence - everything is maximum a 15 minute walk away. Alessandra was a great host and super responsive when we needed anything.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay! The apartment is spacious, spotless, and full of charm, with high ceilings and an unbeatable location just steps from the Duomo. The beds were incredibly comfortable, bathrooms clean with great hot water, and the kitchen was fully equipped with quality appliances and utensils. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher worked perfectly, making it very convenient for our family. Tomasso and Francesco were exceptional hosts—friendly, respectful, and always responsive. Due to our travel delay, Tomasso generously refunded half of the first night and even brought us groceries to help us settle in, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also helped us store our luggage after checkout at another of their nearby properties. This stay combined comfort, hospitality, and location in the best way possible. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent cozy and quiet apartment in a great area. We were able to easily walk to everything. There are several great cafes and restaurants just steps away as well. Highly recommend.
