Designed for small details. Host met and allowed yard car to be parked early. He shared a lot of recommendations. Everything was there to get coffee, tea, and more in the morning. Small biscuits, crumbs. Everything was meant for.

Elena was very nice and helpful. The villa is very nice, in the quiet nature reserve. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable in two bathrooms for a group of friends. She also left us several options for breakfast, we had a great time.

Andrea gave us a very personal and beautiful welcome. The apartment was atmospherically lit with candles, homemade baked goods on the table, a full breakfast buffet - what more could you ask for? We received many tips for excursions and activities after we told them about our plans. We felt right at home.

I had a satisfying stay at Tommasso's place. The house is located in the Tuscan Apennines, close to the Mugello circuit and the Bilancino Lake. In an area on the mountain. Very nice. It has been ideal to disconnect and practical to visit Florence, as it is located only about 3 km from San Piero a Sieve, a town where you can take the train that takes you to the central station of Florence (Santa María Novella), which, in turn, leaves in the heart of the city center and all the monuments and places of interest to visit. The accommodation is complete, with kitchen/dining room and living room on the ground floor and bathroom and upstairs bedrooms. It was clean upon arrival and very friendly host Tommasso gave check-in instructions and had the attention to leave something for breakfast and a pellet bag for the heating stove. Also, he was interested during the stay if I needed anything. All 10. If you want to improve something...put a toaster

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

great apartment, convenient for parking and close enough to the center. the most pleasing aspect was the solution for the bed: no blankets, bedspreads or duvets that can't be washed at each change of guests but a duvet cover, truly the only hygienic solution for the bed. congratulations!

Very nice accommodation, attention to detail, located in the central area of Porretta Terme, easily accessible on foot and by car, close to all amenities. The photos and description match the apartment. Host present and very helpful. In the kitchen in addition to the welcome there is tea, coffee, milk, yogurt, cold cuts and a homemade cake that changes every morning. Highly recommended

Mr. Guido is really a super host! Very kind and helpful right away, as soon as we arrived he welcomed us in person and gave us all the information about the accommodation. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and we found impeccable cleanliness. The kitchen is fully equipped and the refrigerator is super stocked with everything you need for breakfast. There is private parking, the area is very quiet and well served by buses, supermarket, pizzeria bars, restaurants, tobacconists, shops. However, in half an hour on foot you can easily reach the center of Bologna. It was really nice to stay in this B&B, we had a great time. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!

We were warmly welcomed by Giorgio and he showed us around. We felt very welcome and at home. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that is used by his family. The bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable beds and blackout options. There is also a combined kitchen and living room and a bathroom with natural light. Everything was very clean, cozy and quiet. The garden is also great, where you can relax or play table tennis, there are also playground equipment (swing, etc.) for younger children. From the apartment you can quickly reach cafes, a pizzeria or even the city - we were able to do everything on foot. Giorgio also gave us recommendations for various restaurants or places of interest in Bologna. We really enjoyed our stay at Giorgio's place and definitely recommend it👍🏻

I can recommend this wonderful place to anyone who is nearby. Both the house and the property are beautiful. We were amazed at how lovingly everything is set up. So many nice details. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing; Sandra put in so much effort, you can't do more. This Airbnb has earned more than 5 stars.

Cristina is really kind and helpful and the room was super comfy and clean. The house is close to the airport, so it's very convenient to walk there. If I visit Bologna again, I'll surely come back! :)

Communication with Piero was very easy from the start. His apartment a few minutes' walk to Piazza Maggiore allowed us to fully enjoy the city center and take breaks in our days. Piero made several recommendations to us, all of which improved our stay. Feel free to ask them for tips and recommendations. Special mention to the breakfasts with music, served in the living room with soulful decor. We highly recommend this homestay experience, and to be honest, we don't see how it could have been better!

Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Very nice place to stay with a great and artistically designed room almost right on the beach. Roberto has been a super friendly and very nice host. The breakfast offered was super tasty and you had a lot of choice, also the cappuccino was great! We definitely recommend Roberto's place and would be happy to come back.

Very comfortable room in a very pretty establishment in a quiet and nice neighborhood, not far from the center. We stayed in a room for two people with a balcony. Gabriele was very helpful and friendly, made the best breakfast and also let us leave our luggage after check out so we could enjoy the city a bit more. If we ever get back to Ravenna will definitely prefer Gabriele's house. I undoubtedly recommend it!

The arrival and getting to know each other were very warm. There were very delicious cakes and absolutely delicious fruits, as if freshly picked. The place was great and very clean. It's a correspondingly large apartment that met all our wishes. The highlight was of course the pool. What could be better than swimming a lap in the early morning, at lunchtime or late in the evening. Karl and his wife were very kind and accommodating. This is how my family and I imagine a vacation. Karl's home is also a great starting point for cultural activities, to Ravenna, Rimini or San Mareno. Thanks Karl!
