Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Imola

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Lucrezia is a great person and she welcomed us at the entrance. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. The only thing I would highlight is to be careful of any consumables as most of the stuffs expired many years ago and she still kept it, I don’t know for what reasons.

Super nice hosts, excellent place, located fairly close to bus and train station, free protected parking space. Excellent value. Fully recommend.

Marcello war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Wohnung war genau wie bescheiben. Sehr gross und sauber. Ort ist gut gelegen. Sehr nahe zum strand, Geschäften und Restaurants. Velos stehen zur freien verfügung

The hosts could not do enough for us: very kind & helpful. The property is stunning, set in peaceful countryside, just a few miles from Florence. A 5 star experience all around.

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! Easy to get into the apartment. Security is very good. Very nice interior with good quality furnishings. There’s a “library “ of materials on Florence including a Rick Steves’ travel guide. This was a real bonus! Lorenzo was friendly, easy to work with and proactive with information. Appreciated the washing machine and dryer which were handy. Kitchen had all the basics as well as a bowl of portable snacks. Right on the bus line. Overall an excellent place to stay.

The location couldn't have been better with an award winning trattoria literally across the street. We were there on Saturday the street was closed to cars which made it easy to walk and enjoy the city. The place was clean, had a nice outside area to relax and chat along with roof top. Excellent all around!!

Great place and well kept, especially the garden area! Allyson was always responsive and helpful throughout our stay! Clear instructions and flat equipped with everything you need.

Het was een geweldig appartement. Elly reageerde snel en was heel vriendelijk bij aankomst. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en was erg schoon. De inrichting past helemaal bij de stad. Op het terras kan je genieten van de zon en een prachtig uitzicht. Zeker het geld waard!

Our stay was clean and comfortable. Lovely apt, very clean, and very nice. The couple went above and beyond to make our stay special. Christina met us and showed us how everything worked in the apt, was very responsive if we had any questions and explained in detail where to find things. We were in a busy but quiet and safe part of town and never felt worried. Great experience and 5 stars! We will return when we come back to Florence!

What a welcoming host and a comfortable apartment! I stayed here January 2025 so it was chilly in Florence. The apartment was cozy and a great place to come back to after visiting all that Florence has to offer. Note: 1) there is a spiral staircase (which I loved), but if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. This is a perfect place for 2 people.

Luca's place is just as described. It's in the heart of Florence and easy to get to everything from there, but still has some privacy. Currently the sandwich shops on the street are extremely popular, so lots of lines and activity there (probably thanks to social media!) but we were always out and about during the day so no worries at all. The view from the upstairs bedroom is outstanding. A private view of the Duomo that can not be beat, especially at nice. The place is clean and there are the basics there for cooking, etc. (although we ended up never cooking, but the coffee pots were very welcomed!). I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Easy to get to everything from there and if we need Luca he was responsive both before and after the trip. The place is spacious and we had room to spread out.

Splendido e grande appartamento a pochi minuti nella zona centrale di Ferrara, a pochi minuti a piedi dal Duomo e Castello Estense, negozi e ristoranti a due passi. Barbara si è dimostrata super-amichevole e disponibile, ci ha messo a disposizione un posto auto proprio davanti alla casa, ci ha dato consigli utili per ristoranti e visita della città. E il giorno della partenza, dopo il check-out, ci ha permesso di lasciare l'auto dove l'avevamo parcheggiata (in parte davanti al suo box) e soprattutto ci ha prestato 3 bici che si sono dimostrate utilissime per visitare Ferrara. L'unico rimpianto è che ci siamo fermati una sola notte.

Fantastic apartment in a brilliant location, so close to the Duomo and high street. The apartment had everything we needed and more, making our stay effortless. Super clean and the thoughtfully equipped. The hosts are outstanding, great at communicating and couldn’t do enough for us, even recommending local restaurants and checking in to make sure we were all settled. We stayed there with two little kids and it was perfect. We would totally recommend and will be staying here again. We have recommended to family and friends already!

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment von Luca war traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Beschreibungen und liegt sehr ruhig! Innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man am Strand und an Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, etc. Die Kommunikation mit Luca hat durchweg sehr gut funktioniert. Selbst abends ist er auf unsere Anliegen eingegangen und hat uns zu jeder Zeit weitergeholfen. Luca ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, der es sehr wohl zu verstehen weiß, seinen Gästen wunderschöne Urlaubstage zu bereiten. Er ist freundlich, geduldig und super sympathisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

For oss fungerte det perfekt med Dan´s fine leillighet. Selv om det er mye trafikk i området opplevde vi det som veldig stille å fredelig. Vi fikk en fin frokost på den den store terassen. ( butikk ligger veldig nære) Kan varmt anbefale Dan `s sted og skulle ikke tvile med å komme tilbake ved neste tilfelle vi besøker Firenze

Very good place to stay in the center of Firenze! The apartment was perfect for us, a nice well-equipped kitchen, a nice sitting room with TV, a very clean and practical bathroom, a bedroom at the back of the apartment which is quiet. The apartment is well located near all great places in Firenze and not so far from the station. We also could take the apartment much before the usual check-in time, which was very convenient for us! Rita and Carlo are nice, give you nice tips and react very quickly. A place to come back for sure!

hote reactif et arrangeant. Les echanges étaient clair et nous avons eu de bon conseils de sorties. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre historique de Florence et la terrasse de l'appartement offre un point de vue magnifique du Duomo et du Palazzo Vecchio (très sympa pour y boire un verre de vin en fin de journée). je recommande !
