Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

The lovingly renovated apartment is located in the heart of Immenstadt in the Allgäu. The train station, numerous restaurants and the marketplace where the weekly market takes place on Saturdays is less than 3 minutes walking distance. The apartment is also ideal as a starting point for hiking, excursions & Christmas markets in the region. Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all important places. Within a three-minute walk you can reach a supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a great restaurant with beer garden. The town of Kempten can be reached in five minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight of the house. The apartment (90 sqm) is located on the first floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace (5x3m) has a view of a fauna flora habitat.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Attic studio

Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.

DAS ALPIENTE – Since January 2017, we have been renting a very stylish, 90 square meter attic apartment in our vacation home in the Allgäu. An atmosphere to feel good – the special ambience in the Alps. Traditional elements are integrated into a modern design language, natural materials create coziness, the high-quality furnishings give the good feeling of being "at home."

The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022. There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facility, but refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle. The apartment exudes a "feel-good character" with beautiful furniture and harmonious light.
