I rent out a newly renovated, refurbished and newly furnished 1-room apartment with magnificent mountain views in the beautiful climatic health resort, Immenstadt im Allgäu. Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

Lovingly and colorfully renovated 60 sqm apartment right next to the Mittagbahn. Immenstadt offers great leisure activities from hiking, outdoor swimming pool, surfing, sailing, water skiing, climbing park and summer toboggan run to an indoor swimming pool with sauna, shopping and restaurants to excellent toboggan and skiing facilities and bike paths. The pretty center with refreshments, cinema and numerous shops is a 10-minute walk away. In the courtyard, there is plenty of space for children to romp and play.

I offer a nice small but functional and cozy furnished apartment with double bed 1.60 x 2.0 m, kitchenette with electric plate (induction), coffee machine, large Refrigerator, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, toaster, direct-dial telephone, baby/crib additionally available on request, bathroom/toilet with walk-in shower, and wooden terrace - centrally and very quietly located. The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.
