I rent out a newly renovated, refurbished and newly furnished 1-room apartment with magnificent mountain views in the beautiful climatic health resort, Immenstadt im Allgäu. Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

A view of the beautiful Alpsee that is truly impressive. Immenstadt is about 2 km (1.2 miles) away and offers shopping options, as well as cafés and restaurants in its historic old town, including Marienplatz. A footpath connects the two places. Bühl, with its many leisure attractions, is just a few minutes away on foot. In both summer and winter, a wide range of sports activities are available: sailing, skiing (ski lifts easily accessible by car), cross-country skiing, water skiing, hiking, a summer toboggan run, and much more.

Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

The train station, numerous restaurants and the marketplace, where the weekly market takes place on Saturdays, are within 3 minutes' walking distance. In the apartment "Fuchs" you will find 1 living-dining-bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 additional bedroom. Are you two and one bed is enough for you? Feel free to stop by the "Hase" (our 2nd apartment) or contact us for a special offer, individually tailored to you. Our Fox is modern but simply furnished. Old wooden elements and the view from the balcony give it a special charm. You can park comfortably outside the front door in the carport reserved for our guests.

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.

The dreamy new top floor apartment with mountain view is the perfect place for vacation. The light-flooded, sunny and very spacious apartment offers plenty of space for a family or friends. The spacious dining area is also perfect for social evenings. The parking lot is directly at the house.
