Waterfront vacation rentals in Illinois River

Loved our stay here!! Rebecca was an amazing hostess — easy to connect with, responsive, friendly, kind — and we loved everything about our houseboat. It was clearly decorated by ladies with good taste, it was clean, comfortable, and between the candles, the white noise machines, and the diffusers in the bedroom to the coffee station and the well-equipped kitchen, they thought of everything! The whole houseboat experience was just epic, too! Absolutely would recommend staying here, no questions asked. My only regret is not staying longer!

We have stayed at Kristen's place multiple times now with our pets and it is our go to in the area. Waterfront cottage with an up north feel, close to shopping, restaurants and easy access to the highway. We will definitely be back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice getaway or even a quick overnight stay when passing through the area.

Very easy to work with. A really nice roomy basement with additional fridge and plenty of sleeping space. Wood was left for fire and everything clean and everything was as promised.

It was a nice, quiet, and safe place to stay. Everything was as described, and Marty was a very responsive host.

Lovely house on the lake. The house is on three levels, so lots of space to spread out. The host was very communicative, supplied us with lots of recommendations, and was responsive. Overall a 5-star experience. Loved the deck to hang out on.

Exactly as the listing shows, great views, beautiful decor. Hot tub was perfect and ready to use, simply open and enjoy. We will definitely be back if staying in Peoria.

Where to begin…from the moment my sister and our spouses selected this house for our meet in the middle of our states visit Brandon was quick to reach out and ensure everything was perfect for our visit! The location is perfect…right on the river and walkable to restaurants, winery, and shops. The house had so many fun extra’s that we really enjoyed! The plethora of games, record player/great albums, foosball, putting green and much more. We stayed up late playing records. Outside was a beautiful deck with a great view of the river, lots of seating and a fire pit with wood/lighter fluid to start a fire quickly. We had the best time just sitting around the fire and enjoying the river and the beautiful evening. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The house was super cute/cozy with comfy beds. We loved that we had several choices for dining just a short walk away. The bike trail behind house was great! We love the house, hospitality and town. We will return!

Jason was an Awesome host. very easy to get in touch with when I had questions. The property was beautiful. kids enjoyed watching all the barges, playing in the water, & playing ping pong. I enjoyed relaxing listening to the sounds of Nature & the very comfy beds. It was really a slice of Heaven!!!
