Farmstay vacation rentals in Illinois River

Everything was very clean and comfortable! She was very generous, leaving water and ice for us. There was coffee and snacks that everyone appreciated. The house is beautiful and located on beautiful land. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and the back deck. Check in and check out waa a breeze. She checked in several times to see if things were going smoothly. She is a wonderful host and I highly reccomend her!

This was my first Airbnb rental, Teresa and Mark were great hosts! Their place is nice and private with lots of peaceful nature around. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. They both cook great breakfast and are genuinely nice people. If I'm in the area again looking for a place to stay, I will be checking with them first.

Perfect place for a little getaway with the grandkids. They loved the primitive feel of the log cabin, yet it was very modern and comfortable.

Great stay! Beautiful grounds. It was quiet and you can get a great view of the stars from little light pollution.

I'm not an advide camper. I took my sister with me to get a weekend away from family. Julie was on top of all my concerns and questions. I may have been too annoying. so I'm sorry if I was. However, if she'll have me I'd love to bring my family back for next spring. perfect for light camping.

Word can not express how beautiful this property is. My stay well passed my expectations. There were so many intricate details that made this home so special and incomparable to other places I have stayed. So many extras such as extra towels, blankets, pillows, a full service kitchen, TVs in every room, and other complimentary items (just to name a few). My family is still talking about how nice this place is. If we visit the area again there is no question as to where we will stay. Thank you so much Jeff and Cheryl. You have truly out done yourselves.

I was back in in the area for a college reunion weekend and stayed at the farmhouse. It was a very cozy spot with all the modern amenities you could want. There was plenty of room in the house for three of us. The surrounding area was peaceful and beautiful. I just wish we could have stayed there longer!

This is a genuinely special property and lovely place to stay. I’m already looking forward to future bookings when I travel to Geneseo to visit family.

It was cute, very well decorated and easy to find. The bed was comfortable. Walking distance to restaurant in T-town and a short drive to Effingham. Would definitely recommend and book again

What a perfect stay in a beautiful private area near the lake. Description was right on and Vicky is very responsive. Plenty of room for parking, especially with multiple boats. We Definitely will be returning!

A gentleman was there as we arrived. He made sure we had everything we needed and told us to get a hold of them if everything was not available to us. Very friendly to deal with. The place was quiet in the country. Plenty of room for us and comfortable arrangements. Checking in and out was very easy and clear instructions.
