The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. The accommodation is a quiet wooden outbuilding on a very quiet little street. The accommodation is completely private, equipped with a sauna area on the ground floor, as well as an equipped kitchen, and its lovely terrace. On the 2nd floor, a cozy, air-conditioned studio with a sloping ceiling and a beautiful view of the Sauternes vineyards and wine-producing châteaux. There is a small sitting area with a comfortable double bed and a single sofa bed.
