I divided the lodging with a friend, we were completing a course and the school was close to hosting, which helped a lot. The location of the apartment is wonderful for those in the center of Itajai, we did everything on foot. The entire access is done electronically, so it helped us a lot not to have to keep carrying keys and worrying about not losing them. The air-conditioning in the room is wonderful, it refreshed the whole ap since we caught very hot days. Ana gave directions for places to eat and let me spend a few minutes of checkout time by my ride back home a few minutes late. I loved the stay and if I go back to Itajai, I'll be back on Ana's airbnb.

Rosiane is very protective, I asked if it was possible to extend the check-out time, she authorized me because there were no guests for the day of my departure, in other places they charge the same even if there are no guests to enter. I realized that she treats guests with affection and not as a profit. When God prepares another trip, I will certainly rent her apartment again, I even made friends with the neighborhood and 🐕 🐕 the condominium. The apartment can accommodate 4 people, has a good double bed, a sofa and a single mattress.

Great Space with a balcony Boa Vista, a 5-minute walk to the beach, a 15-minute walk to Morro do Bald and close to the Ferris wheel of Balneário. Nearby shops and the Host very polite and helpful. Let's go back 😀

Spacious and pleasant apartment with an extended balcony that is a very favorable point. The air-conditioning did not account for the day, but it was because it was very hot, the night cooled well. Equipped with basic items that supply for the days off. We didn't miss it, it was really nice. I will return more often for sure. And the condominium, it's perfect. Everything a family needs to rest and have moments together, beach, swimming pool, games, sport and at Carnival we still had party in the pool. If I could score 1,000 I would give it! Luana is also very much in demand, when I asked to book the outdoor barbecue, she promptly assisted us.
