Excellent location to chat and return to the day in the best places in the region. Near the beaches and the center of Blumenau (20 minutes). Close to Gaspar's famous waterfalls and water parks. It is 50 min from the Santa Catarina coast, 55 minutes from Balneário Camboriú and 50 min from Beto Carrero. The condominium has a swimming pool.
