It is 50 minutes from the coast of Santa Catarina, 55 minutes from Balneário Camboriú and 50 minutes from Beto Carrero. The condominium has a swimming pool.

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet place, located in the rural area of the city but close to everything. Our little house is very cozy. We are approximately 15 km from Cabeçudas Beach, 22.5 km from Brava Beach, 19 km from Balneário Camboriú and 27 km from Beto Carrero Park on Penha Beach. The house is prefabricated in wood and has a complete structure, exactly as in the pictures, with a pool and barbecue area. We look forward to seeing you!
