With easy access, the house is located in the rural area of the Macuco neighborhood, 9 km from the center of Gaspar S/C. The property has 10 hectares in an exclusive location. It has wi-fi, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen with wood stove, industrial stove and industrial oven, microwave, freezer, fridge and barbecue, to make meals with all convenience. We have two bedrooms with king double beds and one bedroom with one double and two single beds, one bathroom and two toilets.

Apartment with contemporary decor in a new building. Great option for those who want to be near the coast in the season spending little. Excellent location to chat and return to the day in the best places in the region. Near the beaches and the center of Blumenau (20 minutes). Close to Gaspar's famous waterfalls and water parks. It is 50 min from the Santa Catarina coast, 55 minutes from Balneário Camboriú and 50 min from Beto Carrero. The condominium has a swimming pool.
