Super comfortable, clean, with the heated and exclusive pool of the apartment that is a very good differential, garage space that no one will bother by hitting your car or locking you in the spot, for sure when I return to BC I will return to the same place!

Just like the photo, perfect location!! If I return to Beto carrero, this is definitely where I'm going to stay! Dona Sônia was not there when we arrived, but she left Andressa to assist us, very sweet. we will definitely be back.

The apartment is beautiful and very well located, close to the Ferris wheel on the beach. There are several restaurants nearby, markets, pharmacy. Equipped kitchen, we made food without any problems. And now there's a new blender there, thank Sofia. Host Marlene, who welcomes us, is amazing, super helpful, responds quickly and resolves any unforeseen very fast too. I highly recommend it, it was a super quiet stay and we enjoyed a lot ❤️

Rosiane is very protective, I asked if it was possible to extend the check-out time, she authorized me because there were no guests for the day of my departure, in other places they charge the same even if there are no guests to enter. I realized that she treats guests with affection and not as a profit. When God prepares another trip, I will certainly rent her apartment again, I even made friends with the neighborhood and 🐕 🐕 the condominium. The apartment can accommodate 4 people, has a good double bed, a sofa and a single mattress.

ola , accommodation as described , cozy place is an apartment with everything we need for the stay. place very well located with everything close!!! the detail next to the Ferris wheel in front of the sea beside the Queen's Road. we love the personal stay of the very helpful building ( ex Ari , responsible for the pool) we like it very much and will come back more often !!!

i only have to thank Raquel and the family for the flexibility of the schedule so that I could check in a little earlier than expected. sent me a message to know if everything was okay while you were staying at your residence. the house so clean and smelling, I really felt at home, Easter-themed environment, all thought out with great affection. nearby markets and bakery, great for walking. i will definitely return again in the future, I highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay at Mônica's house! From the first contact, communication was super agile and attentive. Check-in and check out was easy and hassle-free. The house is beautiful, very spacious and complete. The location is excellent, perfect for those looking for a quiet place, but with easy access to strategic points of the region, such as Beto Carreiro, the center of Piçarras and other beaches. The atmosphere is cozy, well decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed is very good and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. High Point: The jacuzzi, the children loved and the air conditioning in the rooms saved us from the heat it was. Improvement points: Wifi in the bedrooms and more detailed cleaning of the most hidden areas of the house, such as the corners and under the beds. Without a doubt, I recommend it.

We were 8 people staying, we had a good stay. Anderson, very helpful in the service, quick answers and clear information about check-in. The region seemed safe and quiet, with options for markets, restaurants… The nearest beach is very good, we loved it!!! Very quick access to Beto Carrero Park.

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

The hostess is wonderful, a great person to talk to, I felt at home, the apartment is very detailed, super beautiful and what I liked most was the blue decoration he brings, she thought of every detail in this space. The location is also very good, Avenida Brasil is a centralized avenue here and has many things to enjoy, and from here to the beach is not even 5 minutes walking, so it really is very good this location. If you walk you will see places of easy access and great to delight in the cuisine of this place, it was wonderful, I liked it too much and I will vote soon!!!
