Great house where we spent a week with our 2 daughters. Excellent equipment, very comfortable house, lots of things within walking distance, sea 200 m away, socket to recharge the car, trampoline in the garden Guillaume and Carine are ultra responsive and very friendly. In short, a great place to discover the area with kids.

Thanks again to Nathalie for the quality of her welcome! The house is perfect, very well-located on the island, close to St Sauveur and the beaches. The children loved the garden and aperitifs on the large terrace:) the house is clean, tastefully decorated, quiet and very well equipped on all levels. A dream stay, we'll be happy to come back!

Blandine rents a superb Vendee house, very large and very well-equipped in a nature close to the marsh to discover and vast beaches on the ocean. The water is warmer than in Brittany. The islands of Yeu and Noirmoutier are close and very accessible. A beautiful discovery of the Vendee Martime for our family

Very pleasant stay at Myriam and her husband's. They are very welcoming, very friendly and offer good advice. Ideally equipped house, there is everything you need to feel at home including with children (changing table, small bathtub, baby bed, children's dishes, toys, books) House in a quiet area close to the forest, beach and city center. We'll be happy to go back.

A second stay just as idyllic as the first! Great amenities and a fantastic setting. The sea in the countryside, quiet but with great ease of access to the amenities of Ile d 'Yeu: beach within walking distance, secure bike path to Port Joinville, Saint Sauveur and its amenities less than 10 minutes by bike. Very easy communication with Stephanie is very appreciated and safe for the stay. We'll be back, for sure!

Great place, location & host. Missed the part in the reservation where the host required a supplemental insurance, but wasn’t a big deal. The only thing missing was wifi, which seems odd in this day and age. The only factor which can be a put off is that no cleaning service is offered/included, and it’s not everybody’s taste to finish a stay with a deep cleaning to the hosts stringent standards. Apart from this would 100% recommend!

The place is great for spending time with family or friends. The location is great with a superb sea view. Everything is done on foot, shops, restaurants, markets… thank you for hosting us.

A lovely spacious extremely well equipped property. Kids enjoyed the pool. Located in a private development of holiday homes, local beach was walkable and Les Sables D'Olonne was a short drive. Host communicated well and we were met at the property by the host's representative which worked well.

We had a wonderful weekend in Chantal's house a stone's throw from the sea,tastefully decorated, very well equipped, nothing is missing and very spacious, teenagers loved their space in the dormitory in the basement, the exteriors are very nice. Chantal is very responsive.

We were a family of 5 adults and 2 kids (6 and 2). The sleeping arrangements worked out very well and the kids really loved the playroom and swimming pool. The beaches (one within easy walking distance and one a 4/5 minute drive away) were excellent (no showers though?) with nice beach bars/restaurants. The nearby zoo is worth a visit - clean and the animals looked well looked after. All in all an excellent family holiday.

A lovely property that whilst in a residential area and has close neighbouring properties, feels private. Perfect location to walk or drive to the lovely local beaches. All the amenities one could want are in the property and a wide range of good quality cutlery supplied. Worth bearing in mind that a sizeable upfront deposit (EUR 1000) is requested upon arrival in case of breakages. Sandrine and the team are on hand and very helpful and responsive during the stay. Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

We had a great stay. The house is really very beautiful and modern. The plus is its outdoor terrace and the sea view. Everything was spotless, the living room large and functional. Everything is tastefully decorated. We loved this rental and the neighborhood is very quiet. I recommend it 100%.

Family stay with 6 adults and 1 child (30 months). Beautiful house not overlooked in a quiet residential area. Pros: Self check-in. Pleasant and spacious living room, what it takes for the little ones (umbrella beds, high chair and even waking mat), Heated and good-sized pool, Sufficient and comfortable outdoor furniture. Aldi 2 steps away, green coulee 5 minutes away with children's play areas, beach 30/35 minutes walk. Very responsive host, available and with a desire to satisfy Excellent check out with Léa and Claudia;) thank you The -: One toilet for 7 is hot! We had a great time at Emilie's house. The environment was very quiet. The kids were able to enjoy the heated pool. The House is well equipped. Coastal walks are directly accessible from the house. The city center is a 15-minute walk and the supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. Access to the upstairs master suite is via a narrow spiral staircase, not suitable for young children or in case of Restricted mobility.
