1920s fisherman’s house, bright and quiet. Located in the heart of port Joinville, close to all shops, ferry terminals, bars and restaurants. Less than 7 min bike ride to Ker Chalon beach. Private patio, washing machine, small dishwasher, vintage record player and wifi. The house has 1 bathroom downstairs, 2 large double bedrooms upstairs and a crib. Ideal for a family of 4 or two couples. I cannot always accommodate Sunday arrivals if there is a departure that day. Check with me first.

Stunning views of the Citadel wood, the first classified natural site of Port-Joinville. It is new and respects the Islais architecture. Surface area 160 m2, it has 4 BEDROOMS and 3 bathrooms. it is comfortable and laudable over all 4 seasons thanks to good insulation and its heat pump heating system.

A real fisherman's house near the harbor 5 min by bike, 15 min walk to all amenities boats, shops, restaurants, bars, beaches. A stone's throw from the docks of the charming Yeu island seaport of Port Joinville, the former cannery ice house was recently transformed into this charming, modern house! small fisherman's house, quiet in the back harbor with a small bedroom with two single beds accessible by a miller's staircase, a courette, a large living room with kitchen area and living area equipped with a sofa bed for two. This small house completely renovated by us is a 5 min walk from the port and all its amenities as well as the arrival of the ships . Our home is not suitable for people with disabilities and small children.
