Our apartment is a bit unique in Saint Jean de Monts, thanks to a very personal and artistic touch. We are sure you will appreciate the view on the beach and the forest from the large balcony, where we recommend you to take your breakfast. The apartment is located right next to the beach (facing the ocean), nearby the tourisme office and the new swimming-pool. Last floor with elevator, private parking and easy access to the forest and cycle-ways. Internet available (wifi with great connection).

This lovely appartement has just been renovated (with new beds/mattresses). Perfect location: You can't be nearer the beach, it is just across the street! There is also an outdoor playground on the seafront where your children will be able to have a lot of fun. It is on the 3rd floor so you will enjoy the magical ocean view. The large balcony is well equiped with an outdoor sofa and armchairs where you can have a drink, read a book or just relax. An outdoor table and chairs are also provided.

Very good location and quiet. Spend a relaxing moment in this 50 m² apartment with beach and seafront views from the living room and balcony. With an aperitif or a barbecue, you will love the sunset. In 2 minutes, you can lay your towel on the beach. Just cross the street, walk 20 meters and you'll have your feet in the sand 🏖 The most commercial avenue perpendicular to the apartment (Avenue de la Mer) and lots of restaurants and shops.

Bright apartment of 41m2, with prime location, 150m from the beach, street parallel to the pedestrian street. All amenities on foot. Fully renovated in 2024! It consists of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and closet, a bedroom with 1 person bed, shower room, and separate toilet. The rental does not include the loan of linens and cleaning. A flat rate of 10euros is possible if you want bed linen, toilet and towel.
