The studio is quietly located close to the city center and the Citadel. Great for a couple and a child. Vehicles can be parked on the property. We are 5 minutes from the great beaches of Oléron and have nearby on Le Château: a small pleasant beach at high tide, as well as a supervised body of water. In the city center, there are also children's play areas and a skate park, as well as a performance hall, a port and artists' huts...

Independent studio

Independent studio, located 20 minutes from La Rochelle and 2 km from the Vélodyssée passage. The 24 m2 studio has just been refurbished, it has a living room with kitchen and double bed as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. Access is through the owners' garden but the entrance remains independent. Linens and towels provided. Possibility of having a baby cot on request. Non-smoking studio. Pets not allowed.

"En bord de dune" gite in St Georges d'Oléron

In "board" de dune is a set of lodgings in the middle of pine trees including the owner's house and two other lodgings. We are located 400 m from the beach. Guests can enjoy the atmosphere and smells of the forest and maritime pines to relax. In July (except first week) and August (except last week), bookings are made on a weekly basis only from Sunday to Sunday. Outside of July and August: 2 nights minimum
