We offer a town house renovated in April 2022 in a quiet area but 2 min walk from the central market and 6 min from the old port of La Rochelle, so in the very center. This house has a patio but also a garage. in a residence just at the end of the street (100 meters) with a length of 4.60 m and 1.80 m in height. Once installed you can do everything on foot: the market, the pedestrian streets and the port. The ideal place to enjoy La Rochelle while sleeping peacefully.

Very bright recent house, single storey, 51 m2, in a quiet area, close to the very sheltered beach of Arnérault which adjoins the charming little marina of La Flotte. This house is semi-detached with ours, but has a separate entrance on the street side, as well as on the courtyard side. The courtyard allows you to park several vehicles.
