A big thank you for your welcome Yaëlle who is a "super host" because she does everything she does (flyers, oral explanations, recommendations) to make our stay the best. The small house is totally consistent with the photos and explanations. We were able to enjoy the small terrace every day, just like in summer. The proximity to the center allowed us to visit La Rochelle on foot. If we come back that's for sure, we already know that it's Yaëlle that we'll be back!

I have traveled a lot in all humility, I never felt a little bit of home in this accommodation, everything is available absolutely everything, clean sheets, duvets, cushions in their protectors, cooking utensils from the teaspoon to the can opener to the pancake pan! kettle, coffee machine, ☕ nothing is missing. I had a nice meeting, Amélia is a little ray of sunshine, a beautiful person, very responsive, available, dynamic, of great kindness that's what makes her strong, I congratulate the choice of the person whom the host has trusted, I hope to come back and be received again in the same way! A big thank you and well done.

After a first misadventure with an Airbnb originally booked, we book Antoine's home quickly. What a pleasure it is to find a place that is as described. Very well located, functional apartment where you can find everything you need for our arrival. The places are clean, the location is ideal with a plus for underground parking. Antoine is very responsive and welcoming. In short, I would highly recommend and will not hesitate to come back if we come back here. We enjoyed the spacious and very well-equipped apartment. The terrace is awesome! Unlike the other reviews the apartment is well insulated and we did not hear any noise coming from the bakery. The bedding is very good quality!! I'll be back there for sure with pleasure

Excellent stay at Jordane's place, clean, bright, well arranged, convenient, all on the ground floor with terrace. Good bedding and nice walk-sized shower. Private parking in the basement is very convenient and quick bus access to La Rochelle is convenient. The very welcoming little extra: coffee capsules, tea, shower gel, dish towel, hand towel, towels, and all household products. Everything is well thought out. Thanks Jordane.

A very nice stay despite the bad weather. The living room is very nice for a group of 6 adults and 5 children. Special mention to the spacious and comfortable sofa and the arcade terminal that allowed for wild parties. On the other hand, even though we all got along very well, we would have liked a non-glass door to close the master suite upstairs, to ensure a little privacy to take a shower or go to the bathroom. 😊 But that's really the only very slight downside. The house is spacious and very well-equipped and the beach is only a few minutes' walk away. Franck is very responsive and check-in went smoothly. In short, a very pleasant weekend.

We had a great time at Kim and François's. The location is ideal for shopping, pedestrian streets and the port. On the other hand, for Minimes beach you have to take the car, it's 15 minutes away. The apartment is very well-equipped, and very well decorated, it's very nice, you feel at home. Thank you Kim and François.
