We really enjoyed this family home which allowed us to spend Christmas as a family. It's a paradise for the little ones who found something to do. The garden must be very nice in warmer weather. The neighborhood is very quiet and the amenities are very close. It's easy to park in the cul-de-sac. Thanks to Amandine and her husband for hosting us.

We had a lovely week-long stay in September at this rather spacious family home. Everything you need to have a peaceful holiday and disconnect from everyday life. We came as a couple with a medium-sized dog and a cat, but the house would be great for a small family. The small rather shaded garden is nice in the evening and well fenced. It is backed by a small wood, which ensures a certain tranquility, appreciable in this beach town. The streets are not too busy or fast (residential area), our cats were able to go out safely. The house was quite cool on those September evenings but just turn on the heaters for a few hours. The kitchen has everything you need (toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, gas stove, oven and microwave) and there is a dryer and washing machine in the garage. A big thank you to Anita for sharing this house with us!

Excellent weekend spent at Gaëlle's, very nice house. Everything is clean, there is a pool table which is very nice. Thanks for the gift in the fridge on arrival, that's very kind of you. Lumo the little cat is very cute, he lives his life. I highly recommend this beautiful, very warm home.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation especially for children. We had a great time, well-located accommodation to make the most of it on foot. We'll be happy to go back!

Edith was a professional and very helpful host. Her apartment is on the harbour marina close to everything It is quirky and has very modern decoration. We had a great time walking to see some wonderful sights. We ate out a couple of times and food was very good and fine value. We visited the Aquarium and the Maritime Museum, both of which were interesting and informative. We took advantage of renting the apartment's underground parking space. This was an excellent decision as parking can be challenging. The boulangerie underneath the apartment sells great produce, especially breakfast pastries.

Charming apartment in the vicinity of downtown La Rochelle. Xavier was more than responsive and very professional in organizing our stay. A place full of charm!

If you want to be in La Flotte, you won't find a better location! It's a studio with a bed on the mezzanine but it is much bigger than it looks in the photos. Great value for money - I would stay there again.

Isabelle is a responsive person. She has a lot of business and she won't be on your back. Plus, she loves animals, which makes her a good person

We had a great time in La Rochelle. The apartment is very well located, very close to the Old Port and in a rather quiet area, not to mention the reserved parking space which is really appreciated. The interior is functional and matches the listing description, it feels good. I would highly recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay at Marielle and Jean Claude's who allowed us to discover the surroundings thanks to their very relevant advice. Small downside about the situation on the ground floor of the apartment, which takes away a little interest from the terrace, adjoining on each side...

We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation, the small balcony allows you to fully enjoy the sea view. Access to the beach is direct so you can enjoy it quickly with children . Clean apartment with everything you need, close to local shops (bakery, ice cream shop,restaurant ...) the sea bus is less than 10 minutes walk ,a beautiful discovery that allows access to the center of La Rochelle while enjoying a boat getaway. Patricia is a responsive host to the message and was accommodating on the check-in and check-out time. The person who hosted us (Patricia was away) was very welcoming and was able to answer our questions . We recommend this apartment

The Accommodation is very well-located and well-equipped in a beautiful setting. Johnevan is very responsive to dialogue and always available in case of request. Honestly a great host that we recommend without any worries. We will return without hesitation if the opportunity arises. If you like walking or cycling that's fine. Our stay in this accommodation was very pleasant, at this time we found peace and quiet. Regarding the studio, it is ideal for 2 people, the terrace is sunny for a good part of the day and is a real asset. We would recommend this listing.

We had a pleasant stay. Small but functional accommodation. Just a downside for the lack of parking and everything is paid in the area, but hey, the landlord is not to blame, It is the policy of the city which increasingly restricts car access in the city.
