Monthly Rentals in Ifac

A beautiful, bright, modern and spotless flat with amazing views from the 9th floor of the beach and sea. Main bedroom bed was super comfortable. Short walk to supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. Easy to get to and fro the,airport with Beni connect with a stop 2 min walk from the flat. Dagmar and Thierry were very friendly and quick to respond to any enquiries. Highly recommended!

We travelled from Canada and enjoyed a two week stay at Jürg’s great apartment. We used it as a home base to explore Calpe and the neighbouring communities on the Costa Blanca. The location at the lively harbour with quick access to the boardwalks on either side of Penon de Ifach was exactly what we wished for. We enjoyed the freshly renovated kitchen and bathroom and the lovely furnished deck with a clear view of the beautiful coastline. Jürg provided a comprehensive handbook regarding the apartment and the surrounding area. Communication was always prompt and Jürg was very helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. We are now home and dreaming of returning to the Costa Blanca where we would love to return to Jürg’s apartment. It suited us very well. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Anita🇨🇦
