Waterfront vacation rentals in Idaho Springs

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

The property was perfect for our visit with two couple. Walkable to bars, restaurants and shopping. On sight parking was really helpful. Communications were quick and useful. We loved Golden and will be back!

Michael’s place is beautiful and comfortable. Also very quiet despite being in an apartment building. The inside stands out, but it’s the amazing view of Dillon reservoir that takes the cake. I would definitely be back and would also recommend.

I had a wonderful 2.5 week stay at Sandra's place on the lake. I used to live in the area, so I was familiar with a lot of things. She was very friendly and responsive and answered texts immediately. The place was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a lengthy stay. She even had a very comfortable Murphy bed in the living room as an added sleeping space when two of us were there. The available laundry area was much appreciated. Oh, and the extra little starter-pack goodies (snacks, dish soap, laundry soap, flip flops, etc.) were very thoughtful. It was a safe area too. I will be back!

The view is what makes this place special! We had a very nice time, sitting on the balcony, watching the boats and taking walks along the shore of Lake Dillon. Great location, close to Silverthorne, Frisco, Keystone.

I want to rent this place every year. We had a fantastic experience. The thing that sets this place apart is the staff in the building. It's like staying in a hotel room with all the amenities of a front desk staff that's there 24/7, and more! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. And they cleaned the entire unit for us every single day! That was honestly one of the best parts. Plus, there's a free ski valet where they grab your gear as soon as you walk off of the gondola and hand it back to you at the same location the next morning. A beautiful heated pool and TWO outdoor hottubs at the base of the beautiful mountain really took this spot to the next level. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay, the space was beautiful, comfy and clean. Lots of amenities and the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in the Denver area. Nice central location for a number of day trips in a the area as well. Thanks again!!

Great place to stay. The air bnb has everything we needed. A plus was plenty of towels (we are a family of 6). Washer and dryer was helpful as well. He had tons of blankets, blow up mattress and pack n play as well. This place has plenty of room to move around and sleep. We have 4 children youngest is 18 months and oldest is 13 and every one of them has something here to keep them entertained and having a good time. The lake was awesome. Definitely I great place to stay with family

The house was perfect for what we needed. Good location, very clean, good layout (e.g., for cooking, eating in, hanging out in the evenings), and quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. Would def book again!

Do not pass up this hidden gem! If you want peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings, and love fishing and water activities, book it now! Our hosts were amazing and the lakehouse was everything we wanted for our staycation. Every day (our stay was the end of May) we saw moose, blue heron, deer, humminbirds and a variety of other wild birds. The hot tub was perfect and the house has everything you need to cook your own meals, grill and just relax. We will most definitely be back!

This stay was so lovely! We enjoyed sitting next to Clear Creek and watching all the rafters pass by. The proximity to Idaho Springs gave a lot of opportunities to explore. Beth was also very communicative before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend the stay to others!

We are so pleased that we found this condo. It was a quick trip up to see a concert and this place did not disappoint. Rose was in communication before time ensuring we had all the necessary information, from parking, to access, parking pass...etc Their place was super clean and very comfortable. Even though we didn't use the kitchen it was very well stocked with all the tools needed to cook and provides an Air fryer.. The view of Dillon Reservoir out the window was beautiful. We sat on deck that night and watched the full moon glimmer on the water. Please don't overlook this place when looking for a place to stay in Dillon. V*B Underwood

We had an amazing stay at Remigijus’s. The place had everything we needed. Nice and clean. Amazing views in a great location. Would stay again!

The bnb was very cozy. the amenities were great. It’s one of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed at.

My husband and I stayed here while I was shooting a wedding at Lake Dillon and needed a spot with easy access to the area. The view from the deck instantly caught my eye—I remember thinking, “That’s exactly where I want to be editing afterward.” The house was well-stocked with coffee (a non-negotiable for me), the bed was super comfortable, and everything we needed was just a short drive away. It was peaceful, relaxing and the perfect stay! I highly recommend!

Amazing stay! Jeff’s place was the perfect spot for our weekend ski trip. Only 10 min from Keystone, and less than 30 min to Breckinridge and Vail. Super cozy place with all the amenities you could need: fireplace, amazing view, public hot tube and sauna, board games and more! Would definitely stay here again. :)

Place is pristine and location is great. The river is beautiful - opening the sliding door and listening to the sound of the river was a highlight. Having a guidebook for how to use everything and local recommendations makes you feel right at home. Would definitely stay again!

Welcome really enjoyed our stay and it was quiet and peaceful just what we needed. Was close to Silverthorne and Breckenridge. Weather ended up not being able and we couldn’t hike like we wanted to so spent a day at Silverthorn and Breckenridge! Highly recommend
