Large fenced back yard for family and dog. Located just off I-70 so you will hear road traffic, but evenings are rather quiet for sleeping

This updated 960 sq. ft. 1 bedroom w/ loft. (2 queen beds). 1 queen sofa bed. Less than 100 yard walk to St. Mary's Glacier Trailhead. Dozens of hiking trails, jeep trails, and year round activities in the area. *The condo is at 10k ft elevation. There is a 9 mile drive to the town of Idaho Springs. Ideal Hot Springs Home

Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.
