We had a great stay and my young kids adored the nice collection of books and toys to play with. Everything was as described and very comfortable!

Really enjoyed our stay. Sandsend is a better choice for us than Whitby as it’s quiet, has a lovely beach and has great variety for places to eat out. Accommodation is great and all restaurants are easily walkable. Great place for dogs as the back garden is fully enclosed. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Silvia made our stay absolutely wonderful. She was very informative from the start. The home was very well maintained, clean and very tidy. We celebrated our anniversary during our stay and the personal added touches made a great start to our weekend away. Very thoughtful! The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The manual was very helpful and listed everything we needed to know about local amenities, aswel as having leaflets on what York had to offer. Would million percent recommend this host and there beautiful home. The home was in a good location and also offered parking. Check in and out was very easy and we had a very lovely time in York thanks to the amazing hosting of Silvia. Don't hesitate to book your stay here. Just arrived home after a fantastic few days with family at Hellen’s property. The house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Hellen has thought of everything so the property has everything and more that you could need. We were a group of 7 (5 adults 2 children) and it was the perfect size for us. We didn’t have great weather so spent a lot of the time in the house playing games and chilling out and it felt like a home away from home. It’s in a great location for all the shops and restaurants and also the beach and sea front attractions. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back again in the future!

Jamie was a perfect host. The house was lovely and homely. Perfectly clean with all the appliances and amenities. ideally situated to visit Runswick, Whitby and Saltburn. Thank you for a five star stay and we hope to be back ASAP!

Before we got there everything was sent over to us by Steve, very easy to find the place with the instructions given to us by Steve, once we walked in felt like home everything was spotless clean and tidy, needed a cuppa straight away was going to the shops to get sum milk looked in the fridge and there was a bottle there. Bread jam so we was sorted till later in the evening, the place itself is ideal if u have cum to the beach like we did only 5 minutes drive to Bridlington beach, would definitely recommend this place if your looking to stay whilst visiting Bridlington. We will also be back again in the summer holidays, Thank you once again Steve and Emma see u soon

Great location! perfect for beach, dog walks and bus to Scarborough /Filey etc. if not driving. Caravan had everything we needed including dishwasher/air fryer/microwave and plenty of dishes/cups/glasses/ cutlery etc. Kim was a very responsive host. Situated near shop playground and pool it’s in ideal spot on the site. Car can be parked right across from caravan so easy to walk on grass to/from caravan.

Lovely one bed Airbnb in a quiet corner of a quiet mature housing estate on outskirts of York. 15 mins drive to Pond Farm swimming lakes which I would recommend to any who like swimming; bring a camping chair and drinks to relax between dunks. Bed is extremely comfy, slept well each night 😁 Valerie was easily available for any questions. Would definitely recommend. (Was in York for a course not for tourism so didn't go into York town).

Lovely clean apartment ,had a lovely stay , loads of room for a family of 5, balcony was lovely to sit and enjoy my morning coffee & an evening drink , Peter was very welcoming and very friendly host will be returning 😁

Found the place quite easily, the place was spotlessly clean and a lovely little hideaway, cant fault the rooms, bathroom was lovely, couldn’t initially get onto the drive as the FIL parked over, once on the drive difficult if you are in a big vehicle to reverse out with cars parked opposite behind, so parked back on the road, unfortunately there was a concrete post at an angle hidden in the grass, i opened my door onto it denting it quite badly, shame we wasn’t made aware of this, i removed the yellow post Two real gripes, the heating situation only having two hours at a time is not good, it was cold nights when we visited, so when we went out for the night we came back to a very cold room, for the money paid, heating should be controlled by the guest or at least 4/5 hours on time Struggled to get a phone signal as in a valley, so resorted to Wi-Fi which was awful, it was that slow i could not update my iPhone, so be aware of this if you want contact with the outside world

This apartment is fantastic. Spacious & comfortable. A short walk to Scarborough front. The private garden with a place to eat breakfast or sip a glass of wine is absolutely perfect. Telma and her partner were warm and welcoming hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Rebecca’s flat is absolutely fantastic. It has everything you need for a short stay in Scarborough. Ideally located within h walking distance of the attractions, it felt like a home. Definitely recommend and would return if going to the area again. Parking is easy too.

Ray’s lovely cottage lived up to expectations and beyond. There was ample room both inside and out. The furnishings and fittings were of a high standard and supplies of fresh , clean towels and lots of hot water was a bonus. Also the little extras to make you feel at home, tea , coffee , milk and a tea cake. I especially liked the private garden area and the lovely Summer house which was perfect for relaxing in after a days walking. Parking on site is also a big plus. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Keith was helpful right from the initially booking. He went out of his way to help us with information and allowed us to check in early which really helped with the parking. Communication was brilliant and replies were always swift. We had a great time staying there and will definitely be coming back next time we book a concert at the SOAT. Thanks again Keith.

We have stayed at Theres’s apartment every January for at least 5 years and we love it. Theresa is a wonderful and friendly host and the apartment is amazing! Can’t wait to return!

That saying “The Pictures don’t do it justice” is exactly true for Diane’s apartment - the pictures looked beautiful but the reality is even better. Very clean and everything you need. Great location and such a beautiful town with friendly people - we got the train into York one day, the station was less than a 10 min walk (station cafe is AMAZING) - all in all a great stay and hope we can come back again soon - thanks Diane! X

We had a fantastic 4 day visit to the beautiful city of York based on Jenny's well located listing. Very rare spot at the center of it all, with large, excellent, Marks and Spencer grocers right out the front door. All the excitement of adjacent narrow passage ways through the Shambles. One of the best parts of being so close was the easy ability to wander through in the morning hours, before the other many tourists visiting York begin to crowd in. Comfortable flat, super-friendly and communicative host.

John and Lindsay were perfect hosts, friendly and approachable. The annex was as described and more as the facilities offered exceeded expectations. The welcome pack was a lovely bonus. Great location to walk from on Cinder track or Cleveland Way. Good public transport links and good pubs in the village and nearby.
