Nice and exceptionally clean flat, smells nice too. The place looks better than the photos. Kitchen facilities is a bonus. Has washing machine but very noisy, i thought itwas gong to explode! We did not use it again. But only minor thing to complain about. 2 teenagers with us and loved their stay. Surely a home away from home but still having that on holiday feeling . Pet friendly but look really clean and no dog smell nor hairs to be seen. Quiet, very clean and beautiful neighborhood. Good faciliities. Pool and gym free with a pass provided by the host. Need to book the tennis and archery in advance. Walking distance to a clean beach. We walked towards the Filey promenade which is about 30 to 45 minutes. Highly recommended and will come back again.

Great dog friendly accommodation that was still super clean. In a fab location with easy and plentiful parking on a site we have never been to before but wouldn't hestitate to go to again, well maintained and great access to beach & Cleveland way for lovely walks into Filey and beyond. Very responsive & helpful host! Thank you

The starfish shack was lovely and clean. Its a cosy place. Everything you need. The bed is so comfy but the tv really does need an upgrade. The buzzer doesnt work to ring upto the shack so if you order a takeaway make sure.you leave your telephone number.

We had a fantastic stay! Instructions to find and access the property were easy to follow, and the place was clean and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the huge TV and the best toaster ever! We had a small mix-up locating bedding for the pull-out sofa, but after a quick message, the linen team responded immediately and sorted it out. The location is ideal, with a cozy pub on-site (drinks are a bit pricey, but kids’ meals are only £1 with an adult meal) and a lovely, dog-friendly beach just a short walk away. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and we’re already considering a return next summer. Big thanks to Anthony and the team!

Had a great few days here. Comfy beds & cozy duvets were almost too tempting to leave. Place was clean and as described. Easy check-in & check-out.

We were with the grandchildren for 3 nights. The apartment was so handy to get into Scarborough. We went down the lift and arrived at the spa. Then there were a couple of cafes

Easy to find, pictures prior to arrival were very helpful! Exceptionally clean and has everything we needed, well stocked kitchen and great area to get to the beach etc Thankyou!

What a lovely apartment so nice and welcoming, everything you could need with little tastful gestures. It is in a nice quiet area but only a short walk to onsite pub and beach. We had such a fantastic time will definately return x

The Filey Hideaway is beautiful and I would happily stay there again. The flat was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. It was quite hard to find, however, the host were super responsive and got us there in no time. I would highly recommend!

I cannot fault my stay here! Everything was super easy to access and Symons instructions were clear. Parking and check in was easy. The flat itself was spotless and had all the listed amenities. The bed was super comfy and the blinds worked wonders (working nights so this was a blessing)! To top it all off there was a lovely gift from the hosts which added a real personalised touch to my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to come again. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

AMAZING! i can’t recommend enough! the apartment was beautiful, in a peaceful location, everything was so clean and angie went above and beyond for us with communication, recommendations for somewhere to eat and providing everything you could think of including drink, nibbles and a cake for my partners birthday. We stopped off on the way at the Bull and Lobster and had the best steak if you’re looking for somewhere to eat :) the hot tub was amazing too with towels and robes provided! you can tell angie takes pride in hosting and we will definitely be returning

Greatly location great holiday home only problem was other car's parked over entrance so couldn't get too parking area provided excellent place to stay 😀

We had a great stay in this very comfortable and spacious house. It had everything we needed and the shops were within close proximity so we could get all the food essentials. The location was great for walking into the local community and the beautiful beaches were only a car ride away. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place and perfect location 7 to 10min walk to the town centre with different cafes and retail shops. The house is so pretty the interior design is amazing each room is gorgeous and very spacious even the bathrooms are so pretty and well decorated. The other facilities such as sauna and jacuzzi were clean and really nice. This trip was very nice and relaxing, we had a great time as a family celebrating Eid together. Thanks to the host who was always quick to respond to any questions we had.

We had a wonderful stay with our 6 month old baby. Ideal location for the beach, just a short walk down the hill. Also only a short walk to the amenities. Very dog friendly. The host was responsive and answered all our questions quickly. Had such a relaxing stay and especially loved the view from the master bedroom. We would love to return. Thank you!

What can I say. we were there as a family of 13 to celebrate my dad's 60th and the house did not disappoint. It was beautiful both inside and out. It was commented on throughout our stay. There was ample parking for four cars. There was plenty of space for the kids to roam, they loved the games room which consisted of pool, air hockey and table tennis. Adelaide had the hot tub ready for our arrival which was very much appreciated. You didn't want for nothing the place had everything from board games, to every kitchen accessory you can think of and even ice cubes in the freezer. We had a BBQ with a set of it's own utensils, plenty of towels and also dressing gowns and slippers if you wanted to try the sauna. We ate at the local pub on the first night. The Altisidora which was a gorgeous little pub with plenty of choice and on route a little pond which the kids loved.

Gorgeous property with amazing views. Host Ali was wonderful and extended our checkout time. Hot tub and views were magical. Few small things that would make it perfect; cushions on the sofa were a little grubby, I understand poly carbonate when using the hot tub, however the lack of glass wear for such a quality property was disappointing. We had a superb stay and we will be back.

Our stay at Sandfield House was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The house is beautifully decorated with a real sense of luxury throughout – every room has been thoughtfully styled, creating a warm, elegant and relaxing atmosphere. Craig and Charlotte were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even added some very special touches to help us celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, which meant so much to all of us. It’s clear that every single detail has been carefully considered – from the amenities to the little extras that made our stay so comfortable. We truly felt lucky to have found such a wonderful place, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend Sandfield House for anyone looking for a truly memorable and luxurious getaway.

We are regular visitors to The Bay and have stayed at many of the houses but Hot Dog House is really great and by far one of our new favourites - very homely, cosy and well equipped. The location of the cottage is great as well with a wonderful area at the back that was a big hit with my 5yr old nephew who loved every minute of playing ball games (great selection in the house already for guest use - bonus) with my husband and his Daddy. Sarah was a wonderful host, very proactive and helpful in communication. We can’t wait to return - thank you, Sarah - made a good weekend away, GREAT!!!
