We had a wonderful stay at Stone Throw’s Cottage over a long Memorial Day weekend. The house was charming, well-appointed and very clean and Heather was excellent in communicating and answering any questions. Scituate is absolutely terrific and well worth a visit and the house is nestled within a great block in the greater community. We hope to return with our family again in the future, highly recommended!

I had a great stay with my parents and pup. Definitely a dog friendly home that is located in a pleasant neighborhood for walks. Be sure to plan a little extra time if you are driving to Boston proper, as you can get stuck waiting for the bridge to go up/down. Overall our time at the cottage was peaceful and the host was responsive.

A Peaceful Getaway at Rocky Neck Allie’s place was exactly what we needed. A peaceful, cozy retreat that gave us the space to truly reconnect. Tucked away in a beautiful spot, it felt like a hidden gem. Everything was warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up. Highly recommended for anyone looking to slow down and find stillness.

A high end immaculate beach house with views and access to one of the loveliest beach location in the South Shore. Kelly's beach house is a gem and what our family loved is that it feels like a home away from home. The deck - with couches, a dining table, chairs and lights - feels like an extension of the home and is the perfect place to sit outdoors day and night. Kelly provides everything you can think of for the beach - umbrella, chairs, towels, yeti cooler and easy cleanup with a hosing station right off the beach. Kelly is a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. She has thought of everything so you don't have to - even wine and beer in the refrigerator upon arrival. We live only 15 minutes away and we will definitely be retuning for another Staycation in this lovely home.

I wanted to take my mom to the Boston area and settled on just south of Boston I was lucky to come across Asha’s Airbnb listing. We had the most wonderful relaxing enjoyable stay far better than any hotel in the area . The house is exactly as stated super well appointed. Asha thought of everything to make guests comfortable and we truly enjoyed three days of beautiful sunny weather… So much so that we did not even set foot in Boston. Asha, thank you for a five star stay and we will definitely be returning maybe even this summer

terrific place and location. the house is very well equipped with all the little things you might need, well maintained, all with very good taste and the owner is super responsive. we left two small items behind but mistake and the owner kindly sent us those the next day. 💯

I really loved this cute house. Not a “Tiny House” but a little house (possibly once a Carriage House? with quite a lot of space for a few people. For just my cat and I it was very spacious with two bathrooms, full kitchen, very large upstairs bedrooms. One TV each floor. This area of Hull is extremely walkable, with so many independent stores very close. A medium sized supermarket and drug store a few blocks away. The beach is walkable. I walked there many times though it wasn’t quite beach weather being May. I took the ferry to Boston twice and found it to be very easy & convenient though I needed to take a ride share to get to the dock itself, which took about 15 minutes. There was normally a 15 minute wait time for the ride share. Just a heads up to plan accordingly. I would definitely recommend this AirB&B.

This was just the right place for us and Chris was phenomenal! There was a glitch with the keypad upon arrival, but the alternate entry instructions prevented this from being an issue and we were able to get in and settled without issue. Chris was quick to fix the keypad issue and kept us posted. Chris was responsive and understanding when there were unforeseen circumstances and we needed a local relative to stay the night. He was responsive, helpful, and communicative. We’d absolutely book with Chris again in the future!

Such a cozy and beautiful space. There were moments when I didnt want to leave to do other pre planned activities because the place was just too cozy that it makes you want to be there all day.

This was a lovely, private apartment. She provided the most amazing and luxurious spread of toiletries, snacks and local information. Comfortable, relaxing and nicely located. It was nice to know that the owner was there and responsive if we needed ( we did not) but very respectful of our privacy.

We had a good stay overall. There was some noise from other guests on our only night, but the host responded quickly and took care of the issue right away. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Appreciate the great communication.

We stayed at home port for a quick trip home to visit family and loved it! The softest towels of any Airbnb or hotel I’ve ever stayed in, super cute and charming decor, the property is beautifully landscaped with easy parking. We walked to get dinner our first night and were grateful for the air conditioning as it was very hot out our second day. This is a great Airbnb!

My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful time visiting Boston and Ryan's place made the travel and exploration so enjoyable. It's an 8min walk to the subway and it's super easy to hop lines! The area is really comfortable too, Target and Stop&Shop are an easy walking distance for extra groceries or anything else you would need. I would recommend anyone to stay here, as the place is small but comfortable and incredibly homey.

We LOVED our stay at the Creaky Cauldron! It was everything and more than we hoped it would be, invoking the magic of Harry Potter that my daughters grew up with. Zahra and Hannah have put so much love and attention into every detail. Each day we were discovering new elements to enjoy. The apartment is absolutely unique and delightful in every way. For comfort features - gorgeous shower with the big rain shower head, the softest and coziest sheets for the beds, delicious coffees provided, and games and movies that we enjoyed in the evenings. Very easy walk into the village where all the action in happening in Salem. On a personal note, I felt at home from the moment I stepped in. I love older buildings, antiques, color, and all the fabulous personal touches that Zahra and Hannah have put into their AirBnb. I would stay again in a heartbeat. In fact, I really did not want to leave - ever! Thank you Zahra and Hannah for making my first visit to Salem extra special!

Quintessential New England historic experience. It’s. It every day one get to stay in the home of a Revolutionary War Navel Captain, let alone one that fought a pivotal battle on the Hannah. The home, while over 200 years old is cozy, clean with just enough modern features to Make it comfortable and convenient. The manager, Rachel is responsive, pro-active and a delight to deal with.

Kelly's place was pristine and perfectly comfortable. Everything was as advertised and Kelly was a super responsive and helpful host. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful home base in Salem, a little apart from the chaos.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Marblehead, this is it. The house exceeded our expectations—it was quaint, cozy, and offered a stunning view overlooking the bay. It had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway, and was within a perfect walking distance to all the best shops and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

Great location, walked everywhere, did not take the car out once during our stay. Onsite parking which is a big plus for the area. Historic home updated beautifully. Unit was very clean, would give cleanliness ten stars!! Matty responded quickly throughout the rental process. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
