Beautiful big house with a wonderful interior. Everything is as in the photo. Very clean. Huge bathroom, gorgeous library. Great view of the mountains from the terrace. Projector with a good picture. You can go hiking right from the house. There is a place where you can make a fire. There are a couple of small shops nearby. Overall, I recommend it.

The apartment is spacious, clean, with all amenities, it is possible to turn on the heating, which is important for me, since I don’t like living in the cold. The apartment is cozy. I also think this apartment is a fair price. I recommend this accommodation, one of the best my husband and I have stayed in.

We spent a wonderful two weeks at Edgar's flat and thoroughly enjoyed it! The apartment is spacious, comfortable and cozy and has everything we needed. Everything is very clean and neat. The location is also convenient, next to the bus stop, from where you can easily get to the center. And two great parks nearby for walking (we were with a dog and it was especially relevant). Edgar was always in touch, very attentive and caring host, thank him very much. Definitely recommend!

I was completely delighted with this place! The apartment is very cozy, clean and thoughtful to the smallest detail. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was in place: a comfortable bed, a good kitchen with appliances, a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi. I was especially pleased with the nice touches — tea/coffee, toiletries in the bathroom and amenities for guests. The host deserves a special thanks! Very responsive, friendly and always available. Helped with check-in, created a truly warm atmosphere. The location is also excellent — a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of shops, cafes and transport. I did not regret for a second that I chose this apartment! From the very first step, you feel like home. The apartment is incredibly cozy and bright with plenty of sunlight. It can be seen that the interior was created with love: the colors in the renovation and decor are harmoniously combined, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The apartment has absolutely everything you need for living, which makes staying here as convenient as possible. The host was always in touch and helped with any questions – thank you for that! In addition, the apartment is located in a convenient location: there is a Fix Price within walking distance, as well as an incredibly large and cool SAS Food Court and Supermarket. It was very handy for everyday needs. We are so used to this apartment that we didn't even want to leave. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! I hope to come back here again. 😊

Pros: - Modern, stylish apartment in good condition - Microwave oven (the host brought it to me after my request) - Washing machine - AC - Balcony - Gas heating system (with radiators) - Location (a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby) - Good, kind, friendly, polite, attentive host Cons: - Not so spacious inside (but enough) - It can be pretty cold inside in the winter sometimes - The first floor (but where the windows are, it's already on the second floor (the house is on a slope)) - A little number of pans - A little bit uncomfortable table (it's smaller than you think) - Location (it's the edge of the city; no subway station) - No free cleaning service included

Very nice place near the city center, the residential complex is very calm and safe. There were available parking spots right in front of the building. The host was very responsive at all times and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

We really liked the apartment. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom, and two of the rooms have large windows with city views. The apartment is well-equipped not just for a short stay, but for a longer one as well — it has everything from pots and pans to cleaning supplies. There’s also a washing machine, a large garment steamer, and an iron. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk to the Cascade: we was definitely in the center of the city, but in quite private and peaceful area. There were seven of us, and we did feel that the common area (guest room) could use more seating — a larger couch or a couple of armchairs would’ve been great. Overall, highly recommend this place!

An interesting place to stay, especially creative people will appreciate it. Detailed and caring check-in instructions! Do not be afraid that there is a school and a hairdresser nearby: there is no noise, at night it is quiet, but a good landmark, you will not get lost in an unfamiliar city, easily explain the taxi/courier where to go, easily find your way home after a walk. Nearby is a good shopping center Rio (10 minutes walk). Spishelti Coffee Shop - 5 min. The important attraction of Yerevan (Cascade) was reached slowly in 40 minutes.
