This is my second time booking at Van’s place and words are not enough to describe how wonderful his places. The vibe is so relaxing, cool and peaceful. There is a painting of John Lenon at the front gate very aptly welcoming you. It’s an amazing place if you want to just relax in peace and enjoy beautiful Yerevan skyline or jam some cool. Van is a terrific guy, always helpful and there for his guests. My favorite Airbnb place in entire Yerevan. Definitely recommend to everyone.

I had a great experience here. The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures, everything works, and it’s clean. The location is in a quiet neighborhood close to several grocery stores and greengrocers. Very close to the center but away from the chaos.

Marina est une hôte disponible. Le logement est propre et sent bon. Tout est à disposition pour se sentir comme chez soi. Je recommande ce logement pour des sorties sur Yerevan.

Super logement. Très lumineux. Très bon séjour. Seule petite chose, la communication avec l’hôte était difficile, peu d’instructions sur les procédures de départ et d’arrivée. Peu réactive, Mariam était peu être occupée ? A part ce petit problème, tout était très bien (;

Situated smack bang in the centre of Yerevan, Hayk's place was a great find and suitable for 1-2 travellers -- it's not super big but my own bathroom was definitely a plus, and it has a cozy atmosphere. Hayk is a very proactive host, he went above and beyond accommodating me both check-in and check-out because I arrived and left at awkward times - he offered to store my suitcase and since my departing flight was 4am he even offered me one of his other rooms just so I could stay a bit. Mersi Hayk! Will definitely consider this place if I ever return to Yerevan.

Boligen kan klart anbefales! Central beliggenhed, dejlig stor altan og skønne forhold. Der kan være lidt støj fra gaden, men ikke noget, der gjorde os noget. Vi vil til enhver tid tilvælge den fantastiske beliggenhed.

Large clean apartment close to the Republic square and several grocery stores. The highlight is the view of Masis and Sis mountains also known as the Great Ararat and the Lesser Ararat. They can basically be seen from every room in the flat if the weather is clean. 5/5

Self check-in is very convenient and easy to understand. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Hovanes, is a very kind and responsible man who will advise and help you with everything. I will definitely stay here again in the future if I have the opportunity. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend.

Всё прошло отлично, Вахан лично встретил нас и всё показал, несмотря на то, что из-за задержки рейса мы приехали посреди ночи. В квартире есть всё необходимое, удобная кровать. Единственное, бывает шумно вокруг (на улице или в других квартирах). Поэтому, если вы привыкли спать в полной тишине, лучше возьмите с собой беруши – в них было замечательно

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

I stayed at the apartment for a week and was pleasantly surprised by how well thought-out everything was. Inside, there’s everything one might need—from the basics like an induction cooktop, plates and pans, a washing machine, and even a special hanger with little pins :) for drying clothes on the balcony, to things you wouldn’t normally expect. For example, a strainer for berries or small fruits, which I found especially handy since they’re delicious and inexpensive during the summer in Armenia. There was even an umbrella, which turned out to be a lifesaver on a couple of rainy days—quite unexpected in Armenia’s usually dry climate. Alice, the host, was really helpful. We kept in touch, and she reached out in advance to let me know that the hot water would be turned off for a few hours one day (it was a building-wide issue, so out of her control) and kindly apologized for the inconvenience. The location is perfect for exploring the city—everything is within walking distance.

Чудесная квартира, близко к центру и в то же время в довольно спокойном районе. В пешей доступности основные достопримечательности, а также супермаркеты и рестораны. Маргарита очень гостеприимная, пошла на встречу с очень ранним заездом, и также с тем чтобы продлить проживание еще на один день. Квартира очень хорошая, большая, видно что все сделано и обставлено как для себя, с душой. Спасибо большое, поездка в Ереван благодаря остановке в таком уютном месте стала еще лучше!
