Great option. The entrance to the house is straight from the garage. Check-in from Kalinin Street - on the map it is marked from Getapia Street, but there is only on foot. Convenient location: a couple of minutes walk to the park, in close proximity to shops and a couple of cafes, 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Dilijan. You can hear the river a little through the windows, for me it's a bonus. The house is large, it is clean, the kitchen has everything. The furniture is not the newest, but everything is clean, everything you need to eat. Very polite, helpful and helpful host. Overall a great experience.

This place was impeccable! The host, Gurgen was super responsive and accommodating. The house was clean, luxurious and safe. Bathrooms were clean with lots of toiletries. Kitchen had everything one needs for a nice getaway. I would highly recommend it for families who would like to spend quality time together.

Syuzanna must be the most responsive and kind host I’ve encountered. She accepted our late night emergency booking immediately and we had an extremely comfortable stay in her beautiful, modern apartment in historic Dilijan. When members of our party became unwell she very generously offered help and allowed us to stay on until the evening to allow time to recover before getting an airport taxi. Highly recommended. Thank you Syuzanna for having us.

Our stay was great: very cool historic house and very clean overall, good balance between old and new. Location-wise it's on the main road so pretty convenient, but a little hard to spot so definitely needed some help from Angin which was very responsive. When we arrived there we no towels, but they were extremely fast in bringing them to us so no real issue there. Wi-fi worked well. Very pleasant stay, would recommend if you need some peace and quiet

Overall, the rental went very well. The terrace is great! We spent a lot of time on this terrace, we did barbecue, listened to the music etc. In short, it was fine!(there are all to make barbecue, a grill, steel skewer, there is even a hair dryer to blow on the embers ) The house is a little smaller than we imagined from the photos, especially the kitchen/hand room area. But in the end we don't spend a lot of time there. We mostly spent time in the courtyard with the covered terrace and in the room, which is very spacious. The house is close to the center, the central park can be reached in 10-15 min. In short, feel free to choose this place, especially if you want to barbecue in the outdoor courtyard and eat on the terrace with others. If you want to have an apartment experience with all the comforts of an apartment - this rental is not the most suitable for you! Best regards,

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

Our stay at this beautiful house was relatively short, but we loved it so much that we will definitely be back soon. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The place was well renovated, clean and very accommodating. The kitchen was very well furnished, it had everything that we needed. The bathroom and the bedrooms were exceptionally clean and had all the necessary toiletries and furnishing. The outside of the house was relaxing and very well thought-out. We had breakfast and dinner at the two verandas/porches outside and loved it very much. Thank you to our host for this great gem, we will visit again!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this delightful place. The house was exceptionally comfortable, especially for families with children. Situated in the prime area of Dilijan, it's right next to the river and a lovely City Park featuring a rope park and bicycle rentals. The location is convenient, with easy access to supermarkets, banks, and shopping centers. Our host was incredibly kind and supportive, always available to assist. The interior design was impeccable, and everything was well-organized and spotlessly clean. We highly recommend staying here!" Our family felt extremely happy! Karen’s Villa is an amazing experience near by the ropeway and town. Super spacious! the living room, the couch is very realxing, the dining table and the kitchen was an absolute assets of this home. the bedrooms! There were morethan enough beds for a big family like us. amd last but not the least. it was amazingly clean! Karen have such an experience on how to accommodate guests like us..we certainly felt home immediately when we entered her villa. Karen and her home truly exceeded pur expectations. very cosy and family friendly. Super highy recommended. we will definitely consider going back again in Tsagkadzor because of her.
