Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Hrazdan

Great place. As a hard tea drinkers, we asked for a tea pod with leaf lose and the host provided it in a few minutes. Great place with great nature. Recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Vahagn's cozy apartment in this peaceful village, not far from Yerevan. The apartment itself was comfortable and spotlessly clean, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Vahagn was incredibly helpful and communicative, ensuring that I felt right at home. Attractions like Hovhannavank, Saghmosavank, and the Armenian Alphabet Park are nearby. And getting to Yerevan was convenient, with a bus and marshrutka stop a manageable walk away. I highly recommend Vahagn's place for a quiet, convenient, and comfortable place to stay.

I’ve spent a lovely week in this historical place, these cottages used to be residences for the worldwide famous composers and musicians of 20th century. The cottage is located in the woods, on a hillside with a mountain stream at the bottom. There is a terrace with a stunning view and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings with a glass of wine. You feel a great level of privacy there, the next cottage is far away and you barely would meet a single person during the whole day. The area is very quiet and beautiful, you easily find breathtaking spots to gorgeous landscapes and mountains there. Taxi works fine, there is even food delivery from Dilijan restos. The cottage itself is very cosy and modern, renovated recently, with fine tuned grand piano inside (was important for me, I was looking a place to practice myself). Karen, the owner, is a super nice person, very friendly and helpful. Treated me as his personal guest, arrived with local food and wine. He showed me Dilijan attractions personally, introduced me to his friends and then we had a very nice dinner all together in Erevan. True Armenian hospitality. Strongly recommend to everyone.

Dilijan is sooo worth visiting. Staying at this house maxed out our experience. Ruben is friendly, the house feels very homey, we were lucky enough to experience snow. Would definitely revisit and stay here again. Don't miss out!

Our family felt extremely happy! Karen’s Villa is an amazing experience near by the ropeway and town. Super spacious! the living room, the couch is very realxing, the dining table and the kitchen was an absolute assets of this home. the bedrooms! There were morethan enough beds for a big family like us. amd last but not the least. it was amazingly clean! Karen have such an experience on how to accommodate guests like us..we certainly felt home immediately when we entered her villa. Karen and her home truly exceeded pur expectations. very cosy and family friendly. Super highy recommended. we will definitely consider going back again in Tsagkadzor because of her.

Wonderful place with an amazing view. We had a great time staying in Armine’s apartment with our dog - everything was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The hosts were extremely welcoming and provided all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. We would love to stay there again!
