I had a comfortable stay at John's place. John was responsive to any queries, the apartment was well equipped and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending booking.

Genial y de lo mejor que he podido encontrar en relación calidad/precio. La única pega es que el garaje no estaba en el mismo edificio pero al menos tenía, así que genial.

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

Great comfortable apartment right near a beautiful beach with many restaurants. Naty was a great help. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled. She provided advice about the local area and checked back a few times during our stay.

Todo perfecto, anfitrión amable y preocupado por mi estancia. El apartamento estaba muy cerca de la playa, de restaurantes y del centro. Y además tenía parking privado. Todo un acierto.

Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end chez Rafael. Nous avons apprécié le cadre et la propreté de l’appartement qui était très fonctionnel. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nous étions avec notre bébé et Rafael nous a mis à disposition un lit parapluie, une chaise et baignoire bébé. Merci ☺️

Check in was easy and we really appreciated being met by Leon who was really friendly and gave us some tips for our stay. The apartment was clean, modern and in a great location to move around the city. We definitely recommend!

We were absolutely thrilled to stay at this home in Valencia — from the moment we walked in, it felt like a true home away from home. The atmosphere was cozy, calm, and very safe, which made it incredibly easy to settle in and relax. The apartment itself is beautiful — bright, spacious, and completely barrier-free. It’s perfectly suited for any kind of guest, including families or individuals with special needs. Everything inside was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with all the essentials we could possibly need. The location was another big plus — just a 15-minute walk to the gorgeous city center. We really enjoyed being close to everything while still having a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day. A special shoutout to the apartment assistant, who gave us the warmest welcome. He took the time to show us how everything worked, explained the public transport options, and gave us a few tips. Big thanks 😊

Wie haben zwei schöne Wochen erlebt. Alles war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es hätte hatte einen Wohlfuhlcharakter. Das frühstücken auf der Terrasse und einige Male das Abendessen waren einfach super schön mit diesem herrlichen Ausblick. Die Gegend ist ruhig und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum wandern. Magali war immer zur Stelle. Vielen Dank Erlinde für das Willkommensgeschenk und das wir deine Gäste sein durften.

The apartment was in a vibrant part of the old city. Restaurants, shops and historic sights were all close by. It is also close to the park where you can bike for miles, walk or picnic. Anne Marie is very easy to communicate with and is readily available to answer questions and provide assistance.

Fantástica casa, actual, con todas las comodidades (con todo lo necesario y más), muy luminosa y super limpia. Estupendas vistas desde la maravillosa terraza donde puedes comer, disfrutar y relajarte mirando al mar. Segunda linea de playa pero zona súper tranquila y con todos los servicios al lado (supermercado, restaurantes, etc.). Aparcamiento en la puerta. Y no menos importante, trato super especial por parte de Merche, la propietaria, pendiente y en contacto en todo momento con los huéspedes, que agradecemos sus buenas recomendaciones y preocupación por hacernos la estancia más agradable. Sin duda, la mejor elección para tus vacaciones en Cullera.

Unas vistas increíbles. Es la segunda vez que voy. Un lugar perfecto para desconectar de la ciudad.

Espectacular, tanto el alojamiento como la anfitriona Silvia. Muy fácil de llegar gracias a las explicaciones que nos dijo y sobretodo consejos y recomendaciones sobre la zona. Ideal para parejas ya que la estancia es maravillosa y se puede disfrutar de un fin de semana en nuestro caso de relax.

l appartement a une très bellel vue, il est spacieux et bien équipé pour 6. le linge de maison est de très bonne qualité , les prestations aussi. l hôte est très attentionné, il y avait bcp de produits offerts pour notre accueil. Julian est resté en contact avec nous durant notre séjour , il nous a toujours conseillé, bien que nous ne l' ayons pas rencontré son voisin Noé étant venu très gentillement nous accueillir pour lui. Merci.

Thoroughly reccommend this apartment. Everything you could want, spacious and clean. Generally very quiet (Sarurday nights are more lively in the area and the rubbish collection seems to happen daily in the mornings around 7am). Location is great for getting around with metro and bus stops within walking distance. Communication with Oscar is very good and he is very helpful. There is an app to download to open the street and apartment doors but the details are well comunicated so no problem so long as you have a smart phone with battery/data/reception. Would stay here again.

Unfortunately we didn’t have much time at the apartment as we arrived late and had to leave early. We stayed just one night and for that purpose it was ideal. Everything worked and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment is situated in Denia near the bus station and weekly market. It is a short walk to the main town.

Een gezellig recent gerenoveerde studio, gelegen op het gelijkvloers en laat dit je zeker niet tegenhouden. Voldoende privé en goede geluidswerende ramen houden het stadsgeluid buiten. Op enkele meters van een fietsverhuur, verschillende eetlocaties voor alle tijden van de dag, supermarktjes alsook een mercado zijn allemaal in de buurt.

This location and the quality of the apartment was hard to beat! We felt at home, the place was clean, walkable to nearby amenities, and seemed to be a relatively safe area. We had a great week at the apartment and the host was timely and helpful in response to certain questions. I would recommend this place to anyone from any walk of life.

The apartment was beautiful and in an amazing location with easy access to all the sites. Maria was an exceptional host and gave us so many incredible recommendations. She arranged for a private driver to El Parmar for a delicious lunch and then a private boat ride on the waterways of the Albufera National Park. We ended our trip with an amazing dinner at Salgardi with an unbelievable view of the church. All of this was made possible by Maria!!

Excelente apartmento en Las Rotas equipado con todas las comodidades. El apartamento es moderno y comodo y todo estaba muy limpio. Muy buenas vistas y en general un sitio muy agradable, en una urbanizacion con piscina, pista de tenis y ping pong. Estuvimos muy a gusto todo el tiempo. Paula fue muy amable y nos espero para la recogida de las llaves. Repetiremos!
