Unique Woods Retreat ~ Quiet place in Nature

Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, built with many unique features: a log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop on our property. The gorgeous metal stair railing hand designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

Our subdivision is ideally situated among thousands of acres of public land near the beautiful Au Sable River. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and full of nature. Come and enjoy all this beautiful area has to offer, including hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, trail riding, kayaking, tubing, canoeing, etc. A boat launch for the Au Sable River, an ORV trailhead and DJs Scenic Bar are within a mile of the cabin (in McKinley). Hiking and skiing trails are 10-15 minutes from the cabin.

Lake Front Cabin with sandy beach!

Enjoy all the lake has to offer in this adorable lake front cabin with amazing views! Watch the sunrise from the kitchen while you sip a cup of coffee. The sunsets from our beach can’t be beat. The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. If you plan to bring a watercraft please inquire about space before booking or ask about our pontoon rental! If you need more than one cabin we may have another available. Inquire by message.

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.
