Two-story single-family house. It's a family home where the owners share the common areas. The room is a small room, with a 90 cm bed and an extra 80 cm bed. It has a very bright window, a closet, a desk, and an auxiliary piece of furniture. The house has two shared bathrooms. The house also has a PATIO-GARDEN with lemon tree and BARBECUE. 17 minutes from the AIRPORT and only two metro stops from the CENTER. The metro stop is 1 minute away.

Ideal for getting there from the airport and for catching your flight the next day. The metro station is inside the airport and brings you very close to the accommodation in just 3 stations. It's an ideal place to save on expensive taxis or to make sure you don't miss your flight. It's an extra room to avoid sleeping at the airport or for an early flight!

Our room is on a fully renovated floor. 15 minutes from downtown on foot and 10 minutes from the city of science. Close to stops for several bus lines, close to supermarkets, banks, restaurants, and shops. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with 1 other person, as long as the other room is rented.
