This custom built home was completed and furnished 2016. Large lot, full walkout basement w/ bar, 5 bed + office with couch-sofa, 4.5 bath, screened porch, beautiful views. Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Spacious and open concept house in a peaceful neighborhood makes it great for spending time with family. Just walking distance to the neighborhood park and basketball court. Earle Lake across the street has a beautiful walking/bike path that everyone can enjoy. 2.1 miles away from Buck Hill. Buck Hill has an awesome tubing hill for kids. This home is centrally located-20 minutes away from downtown/US Bank Stadium, only 18 minutes from MSP airport and Mall of America.
