Monthly Rentals in Hondares

We felt as if we were at home, Juan a charm, attentive to everything and the apartment was impeccable. We left coffee and some pastelitos de badería, very grateful. It also provided us nearby restaurants and many things of tourist interest. As for the parking, it is easy to find a place and more arriving on a Thursday, there is a lot of room around. If I had to put any "complaint" (suggestion) it would be that I did not have curtains, being whole windows it was a bit uncomfortable. For everything else, a 10 out of 10, if we have to return to Caravaca we would definitely repeat.

Jose was the perfect host, not imposing, but replied within minutes with answers regarding the property and recommending places to visit with the dog. House was in a perfect location, soooo quiet, beautiful property and the log fire topped it off. Will hopefully return. 5 stars

A very enjoyable experience and a much-needed break from the city. Elena is an excellent communicator, and Pepe – a very pleasant and uplifting presence – welcomed us and showed us the room. The room is located at the top of a house with several rooms for rent, with a separate staircase leading to the entrance. There is a generous common space as described in the amenities. The room itself is extremely cozy, with a stunning panoramic view of the region and, if you let it, plenty of natural light. It also features a beautiful private terrace. If you’re planning a longer stay and don’t want to rely entirely on nearby restaurants approachable by car, it’s worth noting that while you can eat inside, there are limited options for preparing regular meals. A small minibar fridge is available, along with the listed equipment. Definitely a great opportunity to change the pace of a holiday. Elena’s house comes highly recommended!

Manuel provided clear information on what to do. he was extremely helpful when I locked myself out with no phone! the locals were supportive and helped me get back inside. the photos do not do the place justice. Easily the best place I've stayed on my tour of Spain, I will be back!
